We had a wonderful experience at The Reserve! The atmosphere was fantastic, and it served as the perfect backdrop for our family celebration. A special thank you to our server, Alyssa, for making our visit so enjoyable. She was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her friendly demeanor and excellent service truly elevated our evening. She was very patient and accommodating with our children, which made our family dinner much more relaxed and pleasant.

I love the reserve the food, drinks and atmosphere are my absolute favorite. I love that each month I come in their are different items to try. Their menu is just enough, not large and overwhelming but with enough options for anyone to find something they like. Brunch is delicious, espresso martinis are delicious and the cutest. I've been about three times since I tried for the first time and I will be back. The decor makes you feel like you are in an old speakeasy. The staff is so kind and helpful i swear not only our server checks in on you almost everyone there work will make sure you have what you need.

I want to like this place but yesterday’s visit left me very disappointed. When I ask for what bottle beer do you have, the answer should be I don’t know but rather go find out. Burger were soggy and a bland steak. There is a reason why no one is going there and on a Friday night it should have a crowd. I want this place to survive but service and food are seriously lacking

Unfortunately you HAVE to sit at the bar to get semi appropriate service. My cousin and I who both have worked in hospitality for many years walked in around 7:45pm on a SATURDAY night, was sat, and were ignored for over 10-15 minutes, we then made the decision to leave. There was one party and a couple of people at the bar. This is a prime example on why businesses are not successful in this town. Also if you go to brunch just know they stop serving food at 5pm on Sundays as that is not advertised either. The food is good, drinks are great, but just know you will be waiting and not given the appropriate attention. On a business perspective this isn’t a good look.

From start to finish, my visit to The Reserve, in Port Jervis was nothing short of amazing. I can’t recommend it enough – it deserves a solid **10+ out of 10**!
The service was top-notch – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff made us feel right at home without being overbearing, and you could tell they genuinely care about giving you the best dining experience.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was crafted with care, and you could taste the high quality of ingredients. Whether you’re a fan of classic flavors or more adventurous options, The Reserve offers something for everyone.
