You can just stand there at the counter, with no on else in the shop and they will just stare at you. I was waiting and waiting and completely ignored. There are tons of bagel shops close by, I'll choose another one with good customer service.

I love this place! Bright and sunny, with a welcoming vibe. The owners, Julia and Mason, are so warm and friendly! Awesome bagels and a variety of delicious spreads. Nice pieces of lox in the lox cream cheese. It's the go-to place in town for all things bagels, egg breakfasts, and pastries!

Decent food, but the customer service is terrible, when they get busy they tend to give attitude to customers because of them being tense or stressed. (even though they have been doing this for YEARS now)
But the worst part about their customer service is that they leave the phone off the hook in the early mornings & usually all day on the weekends. They purposely ignore phone call orders when the store gets busy inside & then when you get there to ask why, the owner will lie to you & say “we don’t even do phone call orders” Meanwhile I have ordered over the phone for years now ?
This is annoying for people who don’t have time to wait 25 minutes in line due to being elderly, having weak knees, having a disability, having anxiety, having a pet in the car or kids who will not be patient in that bagel line.

Been going for years but I have to say that they changed the recipe on the dough because the bagels taste different. Not sure if someone else is doing the bagels but I noticed a big difference in Aug 2023.

I love the place. There is always line at breakfast time please do something about it. And croissants sometimes not fresh. I had to throw it in garbage couple of times.
