Nothing special at all about this place. I'm a native New Yorker who's been eating bagels for years and find these bagels subpar. The cinnamon raisin bagel had no raisins and lacked taste. The bagels are small with a variety of textures (some smaller, some are bread like with big air pockets..). Insult to injury, the woman behind the counter gave me change with a fake quarter lol. Not going back...

Been going for years but I have to say that they changed the recipe on the dough because the bagels taste different. Not sure if someone else is doing the bagels but I noticed a big difference in Aug 2023.

I love the place. There is always line at breakfast time please do something about it. And croissants sometimes not fresh. I had to throw it in garbage couple of times.

Bagels are excellent. Croissants look good - but taste like cardboard.
Bagel time has very good bagels, but that's all..it needs a little jujje, The cases are dark and not appetizing at all, there usn't any light and it needs to be revamped..good bagels though..

Lady spread cream cheese on bagel using her hand... The one that handled money, and she did not wash her hands - both gross and guaranteed to get sick. BUYER BEWARE. No amount of money is worth compromising your health.
