Love the ice cream, BR chocolate and peanut butter ice cream is life changing! The pre-packed quarts are usually on $special$ and well worth the money…always fresh and tasty! The location is so convenient and parking is easy, back door is open during daytime hours. Service is always great. It’s located by a middle school and high school and gets quite a crowd when school is out for the day. Overall it’s a Port Washington gem!

They always have a wide assortment of cakes/pies for birthdays. The back parking lot always has spaces. I have only seen it very busy where we had to wait 10-15min once or twice. Never had an issue with anything here. The location is perfect for walking through town after dinner or after school sports.

Being lactose intolerant it's been years since I walked into an ice cream shop for my self ... walking past this location I noticed a sign that said "dairy free" which obviously peeked my interest... I walked in and the nice gentleman working pointed out the two dairy free options 1) Vanilla and 2) Vegan chocolate chip cookie dough which was my favorite ice cream before I became lactose intolerant. So clearly I had to order it on a sugar cone !! Boy oh boy was it delicious. It felt so nice to be able to walk into an ice cream shop and get my self a treat !! I will definitely go back to this location especially in the summer days ! 5 !

Easy to see right off of Port Washington Boulevard servicing Port Washington and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

I'm am disgusted by how the man who was working I was trying to count my money and he was saying "ORDER". "ORDER"!! I am very upset and I would not recommend going there he charged me for whipped cream for my milkshake and I think he should I g be working in a environment where kids are I don't like to give bad revenues but this one needs to be heard

I have had over a thousand coffee malteds with chocolate syrup from this establishment (not exaggerating), so clearly I love this place. I took a star off for the fact that they don't have much in the way of dairy-free options (and the fact that the ambience is a bit functional), but for those of us who can eat ice cream, you can treat it as 5.

Man I don't know what these people are talking about. My boyfriend and I drive all the way from Richmond hill to port Washington just for their ice cream. Compare to other, this Baskin Robbins is always clean, their scoops are huge, and they have more available flavors. I absolutely love the staff here. Every time we walk in they always have a smile on and pretty much remember our orders. I recommend the pralines and cream, Carmel and Oreo , and the new chocolate and Oreo. I think they have such low rating because the area is filled with stuck up individuals. I once saw a lady have 5 of her kids taste pretty much all the ice-cream each before they made their order ; AND the staff was very patience with each little kid as they constantly change their mind on flavors. Plus this place ALWAY have customers no matter what time it is so please don't following the rating. Stop in and taste the goodies

I came here for Snickers milk shake. The service was good and staff was friendly. It is located in a very nice area. I thoght I could enter from the back but I had to park on tge street. The back door is for emergency exit. Nevertheless, the street parking was not crowded
