This place is simply amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel a calm and nice atmosphere — cozy, modern, and with that authentic Japanese touch that makes every moment special.
The food is a true masterpiece: the sushi is incredibly fresh, the rice perfectly cooked, and every dish has a balanced flavor that shows the quality of the ingredients and the chef’s passion. I tried the sashimi, and some special rolls — everything was outstanding.
The service is top-notch — the staff is super friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about your experience. They make you feel welcome right away.
Everything from the presentation of the dishes to the music and lighting is done with care and taste. Without a doubt, Bonsai is one of the best spots in Long Island for real Japanese cuisine.
