Mixed Grill was grilled to perfection. Meats still tender and juicy. Tried the Turkish soda made from fermented black carrots. It has a spicy, but not too spicy, punch.

A hidden treasure, excellent food & service. I have met friends for lunch 3 times. Always great!
Brought my mom out for a birthday dinner- we were promptly seated on the patio as requested since we brought our dog along. Without being asked, our server brought out a bowl of water for him and who I believe was the owner brought him some doner meat to scarf down. So kind and thoughtful! Given how fast Lucky finished his meal, I’d say he’d also rate it 5/5. :) As for the humans: Food and hospitality were phenomenal! We ordered the appetizer platter of babaganush, humus, spicy feta, tabbuli and lavas hollow bread. Everything tasted so fresh and savory. For entrees, the table ordered salmon shish kabob, chicken adana kebab, lamb adana kebab, and vegetarian pide. Everything was seasoned, cooked, and paired perfectly. 5 stars all around ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely be returning!

We have been to Bosphorus Café Grill a few times now, and always had a great experience.
Today we had the Lavas bread, Turkish ezme, fried liver cubes, mixed grill, lamb chops, and Iskender kebab. All were amazing, succulent, fresh, and full of flavor.
Special mention to the friendly, attentive, and highly proactive service. Vibes are always relaxed and friendly, space is clean and calm.
We ordered a puffy air filled type of a bread that was delicious. Also the baclava for dessert was wonderful. However, none of our main courses were ones that we would ever return for. I had a shrimp dish, two at our table had chicken dishes that were very cheesy and disappointing.

Food was good it was decent. No complaints really for the food taste. However, I never been to a restaurant with worse service. It took 15 mins for a waiter to approach us he took our drinks appetizer and meal orders and I never seen him again. After we got another waiter while the first guy was just hanging out by the bar talking with other employees. 2 of our main courses never came out I thought ok let me not say anything maybe their taking a little longer. Nope 20 mins later turns out they never put our orders in. We didn't get an apology or nothing the guy offered tea to us which we didn't accept because we were starving at this point. We were already there for 1 hour 45 mins at this point. The owner I assume told us I will give you some desserts to go which of course that never happend. It was a very small place only few tables so not sure why we received such bad service. Again the food was actually very good but would not come back due to lack of service.
