I recently dined at Bosphorus Cafe Grill, and it was an exceptional experience. The Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine was a delightful blend of flavors, and the ambiance transported me to the heart of Istanbul. Lentil soup and shepherd's salad were moderately delicious. The bowl of soup was extremely small. Pistachio kebab, liver and iskender were good. The service is fast and friendly. The environment was stylish and clean. Prices are normal.

The freshest most consistently delicious Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine I've had on Long Island. Been coming here for about a year & have not ever been disappointed. Restaurant is clean & the inside is nicely decorated with beautiful lights & modern touches. There is bar, booth, table, & outdoor seating. Currently igloos but in the summer, tables & umbrellas. Menu is vast, portions are large, prices are fair (the lunch menu is slightly cheaper.) Ive had everything on the cold appetizer menu, eggplant is to die for, my favorite tabouleh, the fresh bread is a must for dipping. Turkish tea is an absolute must and if you save room for dessert you cant go wrong with any of their offerings. Beer, liquor, wine available. Service is amazing. Attentive, great at giving suggestions. Owner or manager is sweet & likes to ensure you have a great experience. Parking lot located in the back, not very big. Huge speed bump so if your car is very low, do not even attempt. Additional free street parking out front.

Small but beautiful cafe, calm ambience. Staff is very professional and friendly. Tuncay (the server) is particularly very nice and friendly. We ordered Chicken Shish Kebab, Grilled Salmon and Sauted Spinach and Hummus on the side and everything was delicious. Mojito was tasty and their Turkish tea is great! Toilets are clean and well kept. Their parking is spacious and very close to the cafe. Brilliant experience, would definitely recommend.
