First of all the food was great. Freshly made and I can't complain about that. But the service was not that great. The cashier seemed a little irritated and did not talk at all. Felt rushed and as if I was bothering them. Also the restaurant needs a remodel. Everything seems old and outdated. But none the less seemed very clean.Kid-friendliness: It has a playground.

For a massive chain like Burger King, they need to do better when hiring people for customer service. Completely and utterly unacceptable behavior from the employees here. The manager also seems to be very rude and takes no part in helping customers resolve a simple issue such as asking for 1-2 extra sauce. Never brining my family to this restaurant again.

Horrible and Disgusting service especially from the girl with the long hair and the serious face i think she’s even the manager ?then to top it messed up my order I had to come back and tell her they forgot to give me something from my order she just put it on the counter Doesn’t even say oh I’m so sorry…i told her you need to have customer service and also every single table was dirty no one ever cleans here everytime i visit its always disgusting…I said that to her face for a restaurant where are people supposed to eat? This is disgusting you can’t sit here to eat? even the floor is filled with garbage… she didn’t care she just looked at me really angry and she’s supposed to be a manager no wonder no one never does their job she doesn’t even care to run that place

When people say Burger King is the best burger fast food business they obviously never went to this location. TWICE I had to go back to tell the workers they forgot my onion rings and I should have expected as much considering the fact that the worker had me repeat myself SEVEN TIMES.... But you know there's morons in EVERY Business but the Fast food takes the dumbest possible

I went there for a burger today by redeeming it via my account and it was supposed to be free but the guy(might be one of mangers) told me I need to purchase something which I found it ridiculous. Moreover, they were blaming me of not having the receipt(the cashier or whoever that was didn't give it to me)because they were calling out the order number and no one responded to them. Customer service has been going down-hill. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN

Seems to have not received a pre scheduled pick up order placed on Grubhub so spent 20 minutes attempting to rectify with Grubhub chat while manager stood idly by. Since no customers were waiting, I placed a new order with the manager who did not know how to use the register. She did not know (or care) how to process the mix and match 2 for $10 promotions so ended up charging the regular prices; then she processed the order as paid with cash as I held out my credit card for processing. She, then asked me to pay with cash upon realizing her error. I told her to cancel the order, since she was manager and resubmit authorizing as card payment. She insisted I pay with cash since the order was already in process. So, 30 minutes later from when I entered the establishment, I left this fast food joint and told her to cancel the order. The online order was $52, this in person order would have been $61, so it was not simply a burger and fries meal! It was frustrating dealing with people are not trained properly and should not be in the service industry.

This lady was rude & had a sarcastic attitude. After I explained to her multiple times I couldn’t get into the app, her attitude was annoyed & she rolled her eyes multiple times. As I was walking out and turned back around to get napkins I see her mimicking me and saying nasty things about me thinking my back was turned & I was walking out. I told her she was too old to act like such a child. And she still said yea whatever in her nasty sarcastic voice. If I didn’t have patients to get back too she would have definitely heard the rest of what I wanted to say.

Serves it purpose. I try to not eat fast food but every once in a while I get a craving for the Impossible Whopper and fries (I am mostly vegetarian, I am aware that they may cook them on the same surface as the meat). I enjoyed one the other day and service was pretty quick ( a few minutes wait). I had to get back to work and the atmosphere there isn't the greatest to I enjoyed it at home, it was pretty tasty. Next time I will ask them if they can prepare it in a vegetarian manner (too bad they just don't offer) and maybe skip the fries.Also I received coupons for Whoppers, does that include the impossible whopper ? They should say or maybe I am expecting too much.
