I had a great experience working with the owner of Crazy Cakes! I ordered a sheet cake with vanilla cake, strawberry filling, and vanilla buttercream for my baby shower. As guests were leaving everyone said- wow- where did you get your cake? Delicious. I also ordered teddy bear sugar cookies as a thank you favor for my guests. Another delicious, sweet treat for people to take home.

There are many wonderful aspects about living in Port Washington. Having Crazy Cakes in on our neighborhood is at the top of the list for perks. Erica is outstanding. Her cupcakes, cakes, cookies, & cookie cakes are beyond delicious. Her customer service is second to none. She is dedicated and kind, helping you making any cake design possible. The best part is her menu is inclusive for anyone to be able to enjoy. As a nut-free and sesame free facility, our family values this tremendously as do schools and classmates. My son also has vegan needs and Erica is so attentive to all our families allergies. She keeps everything organized. It is exceptionally comfortable and safe feeling ordering from Erica! You know she is trustworthy when it comes to allergens! Grateful she is local in our community to offer accessible desert for ALL to enjoy.

They open a bit late for a bakery but wanted to try them due to bringing food to a nut free event. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful in discussing what I could bring. I came first thing at 10 and ordered half a dozen cupcakes which they frosted for me on the spot. It was a variety of vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla, chocolate, and Oreo frosting with sprinkles. They looked great. Price was fair, standard for Long Island allergy friendly bakeries. However, the chocolate cupcakes were still warm (I felt it on the bottom when I got to my car) so on the drive to the party, the tin developed condensation and the icing slid straight off them! Feels like a rookie mistake to pipe anything onto still warm cake, especially if you open as late as 10am. Despite this, people loved the cupcakes. A bit dense but delicious, so still 4 stars.We also got an iced coffee which was good. Nothing special but it was good quality. The signage inside was hard to read and I wish they put prices up. The actual bakery is nice and cozy, like someone's family house. There was ample seating and an assortment of other things to buy. I would come here again but maybe not first thing in the morning.

Crazy Cakes did my 30th birthday cake for my FRIENDS-themed party last year! The cake was amazing and decorated so nicely! I am so happy with the job they did and everyone loved the cake at my party. Would 100% use them again for a specialty cake.
