Bought three cake pops for my kids they wouldn’t even eat them said they were gross. Looked like there was mold in one of them. Will never go back, surprised it got such good reviews.

Crazy Cakes is a must go in Port Washington! The most delicious cupcakes and cookies!! The raspberry icing is like none other and this bakery is also soooo much fun…. Definitely an easy favorite! ❤️

This place is awesome! The cakes are artistically beautiful. They can literally make whatever you want. It's amazing! The cupcakes are Off The hook delicious. So moist! And finally the space is perfect For a kids birthday party, or anything else. Who new we needed this so badly in port Washington? And it's nut free!

To start: this should really be a NO STARS/ZERO rating. My sister and I ordered from here to celebrate our brother's birthday. We ordered cupcakes arranged in his age. When my sister picked them up, she saw that they did not look great and was then told they did not have a box to put the arrangement in. How does a bakery not have a box for a cake? They wanted to put it in a used carton box from a delivery they had received. My sister said NO and they proceeded to wrap the cake in cellophane. In doing so, the woman kept ruining the cupcakes and had to 'fix' them. The cupcakes were arranged on a piece of cardboard (an extra $15 for that!) and the birthday message looked like it was done by an infant. We paid $60 for 14 cupcakes, including the cardboard base. What a ripoff! We don't mind paying a higher cost, but in this case the quality/service was very poor. My sister then went to Carvel to get an appropriate box, and at no cost; although, she did leave a tip for them being so accommodating.The most embarrassing part is that we had to bring these to an upscale restaurant so our party could sing "Happy Birthday" to him. We apologized to our brother for the mess we brought. He was very gracious and wasn't too bothered about it. However, not only did they look that way, but everybody at the table agreed that they tasted very dry, as well. This is the first, and last, time we will go there and will definitely not recommend them to family and friends. It would have been better to go to a supermarket bakery and gotten a better product.

Crazy Cakes did my 30th birthday cake for my FRIENDS-themed party last year! The cake was amazing and decorated so nicely! I am so happy with the job they did and everyone loved the cake at my party. Would 100% use them again for a specialty cake.

We are so lucky to have this bakery in town. When I had to get cupcakes for a child that has fish, egg, dairy, nut, gluten and soy allergies this place went above and beyond. There were several phone calls to discuss what kind of soy allergy and I confirmed there was a soy lecithin and soy protein allergy. I found out from the mother of the child the margarine they used with no reaction and communicated that was Earth Balance and the bakery went out to purchase it just for this batch. I'm so impressed with the attention to detail and care the bakery showed me. It's such a relief to know you can give sweet treats to a child with multiple allergies and they won't have an awful allergic reaction. Also, get the chocolate cake cupcakes as they are SUPER moist!!!

A great little spot in town with some fabulous cupcakes & shortbread bars. Last night my daughter had her 1st bad dream. 2nd day of school was tough.. so we went in for a sweet treat. Kindness at the counter toward my 2 yr old made her morning so much brighter. We truly enjoyed our impromptu stop in!
A name like Crazy Cakes might invoke thoughts of lighthearted & happy customer service, as well as a cornucopia of crazy cake selections…Today, however, I received pushy & rude service, as well as zero actual cake selections & a dismal cupcake selection.The brownies were also very dry.

cupcakes were so good as well. i recommend the chocolate chip cookie as well. the owners son is handsome and nice as well. i think everything total is great as well

How lucky Port Washington is to have CRAZY CAKES, a nut free bakery, that is just delicious as well. She also has Gluten Free...soooooooo yummy!. Thank you Erica for being my now best bakery in town or for that matter any town!!!!!!!!!! My daughter birthday cake, my granddaughters Sweet Sixteen, my Grandsons birthdays and graduation and off to colleges...WOW....you've got it all!

Great for cakes but the smaller things like bake from scratch cookies is what sets Crazy Cakes apart. Nice area to sit and enjoy expresso. And all items are nut free so no issue with allergies.
