Service is great! Love the Empty work atmosphere idk how they make the cookies so quick but they're so thick the price is actually worth it. Definitely all you need for a cheat day!

Went to Crumbl for first time with nieces, Cookies delicious, pricey but worth it! Can’t go often but when you do, cookies delicious! Enjoy

Amazing costumer service very nice people
Staff was incredibly rude to customers, and did not greet them either. Waited 5 minutes for a singular chocolate chip cookie, only for them to not call out my name. I asked a worker why my cookie hadn’t come out, but people behind me in line were receiving theirs. Worker just looked at me and rolled her eyes, as if I was inconveniencing her. She then handed me a cold chocolate chip cookie with no sea salt on top. Definitely not coming back.
