legitimately the rudest employees i’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. zero empathy to their customers, shady with prices and regulations - if you have a $10 card minimum MAKE THAT KNOWN BEFORE THE CUSTOMER ORDERS??? OR INVEST IN AN ATM MACHINE?? food is disgustingly overpriced and sub-par at BEST.

Told the counter person that their roast beef chunks are covered in mold. In front of me they take it out of the display fridge and starts to carve off the areas that has mold grown on it and put it back in the display fridge again. Yeah no thanks. I'm good without getting listeria and food poisoning.

I have been patronizing this bagel store for years, however sadly the store has declined. I was told the bagels just came out, and they were hard. Happened a few times. Very overpriced, and I’m not frugal. More expensive than the bagel stores, midtown and UES, Manhattan. Other options in the area with freshly made pipping hot bagels and prices within reason. I contacted the owner and the response wasn’t ideal. I won’t be coming back.

The price is always different and they are very sneaky, the change I should get back is always 15 cent but they always give me 11 cent. Very sneaky business!!!! ????

The food is ok. Bagels are fine. My problem is the rudeness of the people that work there. They make a mistake and blame the customer, specifically the Asian woman. Instead of apologizing for not seeing the items I put on the counter, she RUDELY said but you didn't tell me. What? Are you blind? Who did she think it belonged to? I'll never go back to be treated that way.

Very clean, extremely well lit, and a selection from various salads to cream cheeses to pastries and the bagels. All looked so plump and yummy, I’m glad I made it here!

My boss got a bag of the trail mix that is packed in store in ziploc bags- and it was FULL OF MAGGOTS! When we called to tell the management, they were completely rude and did not even seem to care. If anything he seems annoyed with me for calling to let them know. Beware if you buy anything not sealed from there. There was probably 100 maggots in the one bag. Disgusting

Went for bagels, been a while that I ordered from there. Used to be great until I saw a bunch of flies on the bagels. I was going to order but that was a big let down. Don't think I'm going back there any time soon. Also, I was not acknowledged until I turned around and was leaving. Was a good go to, but they need to control the fly infestation.
