Why close at 1pm???? You guys don’t like to work?
Beautiful looking cake. Ordered fresh was told it would be fresh. Lies! When picked up, they couldn’t find my cake. Finally it was found in a kitchen shelf (not even refrigerated). When I got it to the family lots of Ooohs and Ahhhs. Came time to eat it, lots of Eewes and yucks. Bottom two layers were a different shade of yellow (bottom layer looked burnt). The taste was old, stale like.
When I logged a complaint, I was offered a discount on my next purchase. YOUR KIDDING! I said, it should be free, however I don’t trust you anymore and requested a full refund. Only because they wouldn’t take credit or debit card- cash or check only. (Now I understand why…).
They said no way. And showed me the door. How 🤯 rude. I told them never again, I’ll buy my pastry elsewhere from now on. They said- good luck. NERVE! Don’t waste your time or MONEY (Cash) on this place. Buyer Beware!!!

I would like to give zero stars however there isn’t an option that’s why I had to give them one star. I have ordered several cake in the past for special occasions (bridal showers, baby shower, baptism) from St. Honore however I had a very disheartening experience this Memorial Day weekend. I ordered a birthday cake for pick up on Sunday. The cake from the outside was very aesthetically pleasing, however the cake was anything but. Fresh ingredients are the foundation of a cake. This cake was stale, dry and tasted old. I ordered the cake and I expected them to make it fresh however they definitely used old cake and masked it with fresh buttercream. When I brought the cake back to show them, the manager Lisa was very dismissive and the baker in the back did not even come out to speak to me. They denied that it was old and stated they could give me 5 percent off my next cake.
The cake cost $67 and no one… no one wanted to eat this cake that tasted like an old refrigerator. Lisa was very rude and dismissive. When I told her that I wanted a refund she refused. When I responded that I would never purchase a cake again from St. Honoré she responded by stating “good luck”. Think twice before you purchase cake from this establishment because it is old and stale masked by fresh buttercream and they do not stand by there products. No wonder they only accept cash. You can’t even call a credit card to dispute charges because they only take cash.
Great place for cakes and pastries.

This is hands down the BEST bakery in Port Washington. I have tried them all, and I really believe this is the best. I have ordered multiple cakes from them with very unique and specific designs, and they ALWAYS deliver. The designs exceed my expectations. The cakes are also delicious - especially their strawberry shortcake. They also seem to go above and beyond for their customers. I decided at the last minute to do a small gender reveal when I was pregnant and called them to have a cupcake made. They had it ready for me in less than 30 minutes for pick-up. I really enjoy coming here! They have a nice variety of options as well. I plan to continue ordering from here for future parties and events!

this is listed as a black out cake....how? hardly any cake and mostly buttercream. had people rave about this bakery and this entire cake went in the garbage. very dissapointed. this should of been all chocolate. When I picked it up I figured they just made the outside differently. that I could of dealt with but the inside wasn't good

I was expecting much more after reading these reviews, but I was quite disappointed with what was available on my last visit (on a Thursday morning). I bought a sort of crumble marble cake that was not bad, but not great either (quite dry and I could only taste the marzipan). The worst part is that it is cash only.

Saint Honore Pastry Shop is a delightful gem known for its excellent cheesecakes! The rich and creamy texture, combined with various flavors, makes them a must-try. The shop has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat. In addition to cheesecakes, they offer a variety of other pastries and desserts that are equally delicious.

I love Saint Honore! This is my go-to bakery on the island. Their cakes are amazing. They also make the best croissants I've had in ages. To top it all off, their prices are very reasonable. I won't go anywhere else!

St. Honore is great, their pastries are delicious (especially the St. Horore pastry, tiramisu, mini cheese cakes, nouget bowel, and the Napoleon). The only problem is they are packed during the holidays with a line going out of the building, so pack your patience when you go. Also, they're cash only, so don't show up and feign ignorance that "you didn't know".
