As someone who has worked in food service I understand the tension / frustration afternoon rushes can cause. However, about a week ago, while waiting for my order I noticed clear workplace bullying. One of your employees, Steph, had snapped at her peer and audibly shared some unkind words to another.I was not the only one who caught this because I had turned to the costumer next to me and we both exchanged looks. I would have stepped in however, it was clearly busy and stressful for everyone behind bar. I rarely leave reviews but I hope whoever manages this cafe speaks to this employee because I can only imagine the abuse and bullying that goes on when no one is looking.

ordered an almond milk cappuccino (dairy allergy for years, ALWAYS order almond milk). made it with regular milk, had to go back and tell them it was not almond and I have an allergy (I can immediately tell). she proceeded to make it in the same cup. I asked if it was in the same cup (had the original sticker) and she lied and said she threw the old cup out. it's so frustrating to be scared to drink a coffee bc people can't follow directions. also were BLASTING the music while people were trying to work.

1.5 ...There's literally 3 employees that actually give a F here. The rest, including the main manager chick are either high af, should not be near hot liquid or solid anything or working here to pass the time because daddy stopped funding their usual loser lifestyle. Depending on who's barista for the day, I'm forced to skip my daily dose of caffeine because some of them manning the practically automated machines, can't keep their life in order let alone coffee orders, so not worth the disappointment first thing in the morning.

Ordered a grande mocha with hazelnut. I received a cup of "sweet warm milk". İt is too late to drive back and ask for a replacement. No taste of espresso, no taste of mocha nor hazelnut syrup. Dissatisfied. Please train new baristas furtherEdit: i managed to drive back and explain the situation. The barista made me another one. The taste was improved but still not the same as the other Starbucks' .
