Edited and put service and food down to one stars. How Is it that I try this place again and the barista taking my order couldn’t be less interested, went to the back and put the drink in a diff computer so I couldn’t see what it was ringing up as and they give me the wrong drink. The barista offered to make a new drink but not after I went back and fourth with her about the drink. At that point I really just wanted to leave. Took the drink that was not what I ordered and won’t be back for good. This place is a waste of money. Any other Starbucks is better than this

A couple times I ordered drinks from this Starbucks. When I got hot coffee it was very sour which leads me to believe they didn’t change it out when they are supposed to. When I ordered a frapachino it was so watery I can’t imagine they put in the correct amount of ice. I worked at a different location and am aware of how easy they make it to learn the drink recipes and amounts. I’m not the type to tell them to go remake it so instead I won’t come back to this location, I’ll just go to the dunkin donuts practically across the street.

Steph at the Port Washington Starbucks is the best! She’s so kind and always greets everyone with a smile. She remembers my order and makes every visit such a great experience, not just for me but also for my 4 year old and my pup! The whole team is wonderful, but Steph really makes this Starbucks feel special — she’s the reason I keep coming back!

It's a real shame because I love getting coffee at Starbucks, but this particular store leaves a lot to be desired. The place is almost always dirty, and the service is terrible. The employees who serve us are unfriendly, especially the two Hispanic women. They don't greet customers, give customers dirty looks, and create an uncomfortable atmosphere. The service feels rude and unsympathetic, as if you're being inconvenienced by someone who's making a purchase. It's surprising that a place as renowned as Starbucks doesn't care about the quality of its service at this location.

My friend and I made a very foolish and expensive mistake when purchasing Starbucks gift cards. The manager, Jennifer was actually called at home to try to help us. The baristas and the manager on duty were talked through the procedure to correct our mistake ( on the phone by Jennifer). It took time and a great deal of trouble- but they could not possibly have been more patient or kind to us. And they took care of our problem completely!
I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Starbucks. What a pleasure!

So I ordered a Mozz pesto egg sandwich and shaken espresso through the app for pick up from the drive through but got egg bites instead, my drink was spot on and delicious. I wasn't mad at all when I opened it while at work, but called to make sure it doesn't have anything I'm allergic to in it cause I got something I didn't order. Who ever answered the phone had excellent customer service and helped reassure me the food was safe for me and even offered for me to return it and get something different. I'm ok eating it and I did. Wonderful friendly employees work at this place (at least in my experience) because even a couple days ago who I think was the lead person working got into a lovely chat with me about pets and caring for animals. It seems all the workers are personable and friendly. Great work guys.

Where's the bacon!? How is this tiny thing called a sandwich? Terribly overpriced.
I ordered a bacon gouda egg sandwich and got a Gouda egg slider instead. This shouldn't be called a sandwich.

Hi

The odd looking ginger/brown haired girl with the low pony tail and Harry Potter glasses tried to refuse me service for “parking bad”… (she was jealous that I took up 2 parking spots in an expensive sports car) and on a separate occasion she refused to remake my drink after she made it incorrectly the first time. I’ve also had bad experiences with a few other employees here. All of them need better training.
