Subway was never great but it used to be at least passable, and cheap. Now it's expensive and awful. This one is especially egregious.

My sun bread was dried out as if it’s been sitting out for a day.The churro was extremely hard to bite into and chewy hard….“Subway, eat fresh”. Yeah right. Maybe it was fresh two days ago.

I got a Checkers cup with a dead roach floating in my drink? Also the lady who works there is extremely rude and rolls her eyes, and makes disgusted faces at you when you add more to your sandwich.

Very rude and they're servicing like a customer owns them something. They use bread that is old and a bit sticky inside. My first time it was Italian bread, my second time was multi grain. Both of them were difficult to eat. When you ask them to put a particular slice of tomato in your order, they will argue with you. The worst thing is that this is the only subway restaurant in the area. Looks like they know this, that's why they don't care about quality of food and service.

The Port Washington Blvd location has stopped taking Subway corporate coupons as well as raising prices. I understand the financial stress but I no longer think that Subway is worth it. Better sandwiches at most deli counters.
