Ordered takeout via the subway app and was given a hard time for using a coupon that was on the app. I was questioned many times how I was able to use a coupon and the employee was very annoyed that I got a discount that was only worth $.60. Horrible customer service

I usually liked getting lunch here, but during Covid many workers weren't wearing masks and didn't have gloves on while preparing the food either. Don't recommend during this time of a pandemic.

Literally the WORST subway ever. Each worker has a nasty attitude, they rush you and argue with you. They do not want to be bothered. Put less amount of food then they are supposed to and then charge you extra for the normal amount. Do not know how to make a sandwich. They will give you a completely hot sandwich with ice cold, unmelted cheese. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The owners and staff here seem determined to give you the least amount of food possible. If you are not paying attention, you will leave here with next to nothing on your sandwich. Ask for an extra pickle or two and they have a meltdown. If Jersey Mike's ever opens up in Port, this place will go out of business. When I ask for mayo and I see a mere tablespoon of it on a footlong sandwich, I shouldn't have to deal with attitude on top of it. Go anywhere but here for a sandwich - Bayview Deli, for example, will give you a real sandwich with real meat - it might be twice the price, but they won't cheat you on toppings or meat like this Subway filled with jerks.

I am Deaf/Blind I went with a assistant. It was very difficult to place my order and pay. The people are from India and very difficult to communicate with. The Roast Beef Salad was not good. They don't offer ice tea or Decaf coffee.

This is very bay subway store my son it’s a special kid he has a very serious language barrier they were very unfriendly to him their employees need to be retrained I’ll let everyone know they are against the disabled there is no patience and love I’ll take this matter to headquarters My son have a language barrier he tried very hard to express but they made fun of him I will let them know that they are wrong to do so I’m really sad they would treat such a disabled child so unequal treatment

Terrible franchise location. They play games with coupons. On one occasion they told my wife the coupon was not “active” yet and just now they created exclusions based on the picture of the sandwiches on the coupon.

Once they told us the coupon wasn't active yet and just now they tried creating exclusions based on the photo of the sandwiches on the coupon. Don't even want to imagine where else they may be cutting corners. Don't support this business.

They are the worst group of people there. Their attitude is so rude. They get very mad st me when I use a coupon. And they scrimp on the veggies. Have to ask three times for extra lettuce. They told me they will have to close if they give me more lettuce. They said the can't make any money. This is the last time I go there. My blood pressure rises when I'm there. And I've been there at least 15 times and it never changes.
