The olive room has quickly become a local favorite for dining with 2 or a group. The service is excellent, and the food and drink options are too. We love the cocktails and always start with hummus, usually followed by a few apps- lamb chop and meatball are amazing.

Overall a great place to go with your significant other. The food is delicious, and the staff is happy and attentive. The restaurant is quiet and homey. It is definitely a great place to hang out and enjoy a good meal. The owner is a great guy and everyone in the place is committed to you having a great experience.

I went to The Olive room with my family. It was absolutely delicious! It's a very cozy intimate atmosphere. They have the best fig martini I've ever had. Everything we ordered was amazing! We had flatbreads, crispy artichoke, hummus, cod, bacon wrapped dates, and basically everything else on the menu. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and polite. This is such a great place in town! I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic local spot. The best pita bread I've ever had. The menu is varied and delicious. Had the warm goat cheese spread and the shrimp&corn chowder. Absolutely fantastic. The owner is super kind and a gracious host. Will be back here again and again.

Delightful little restaurant tucked away on Main Street in Port Washington. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. So far, have tried the Loaded Humus, the Warm Goat Cheese Dip, The Fig & Prosciutto Flat Bread, and the Grilled Monkfish Skewers. All outstanding. Look forward to going back with friends.

Love this cozy spot in Port Washington. We enjoy the food and ambiance. Wait staff is always professional. Menu is somewhat limited in terms of lack of seasonal change but regardless we always have a great time!

The food is excellent and the owner is very friendly. It's fun to sample the different small plates - a group of about 4 makes it possible to share a lot of them - they are all delicious.

Food is always great. Unfortunately, they were understaffed on this particular night and there was only one server in this very popular restaurant, and she desperately needed help on the floor.

What a great addition to our town. Interesting and varied food options of small plates that encourages tasting! Meats, cheeses and vegetarian options all very yummy. A cool fresh space with a warm vibe. Loved and can't wait to go back.

First visit. Early dinner, chosen for a low noise level, which did not disappoint. Small plates were delicious, with ample portion sizes. Service was prompt and helpful. Ambience was a bit austere and cluttered. Beverage pricing was on the high side, which contributed to value rating. Will definitely return on a special occasion.

Delicious food and yummy cocktails. We went on a Monday night and I think they may have benefitted from an additional staff member but our server was doing a good job given that he had to manage the entire front of the house alone.

I love this type of dining experience and wanted to be wowed by each dish we tried, and although good overall, we felt each dish was lacking in some way. The fried artichokes are yummy, but should be in the shareable section, we had to bring 1/2 home and they didn't include the dipping sauce in our doggy bag. There was too much fig jam on the flatbread, the cod croquettes would be better as 3 smaller croquettes for a better filling to crunchy outside ratio, the tuna is excellent as are the lamb meatballs. And the wines, an intriguing selection, but prices for a 3 oz pour should be 50% of a 6 oz pour, not 60%. The service was good, the dishes came out at a decent pace, though I might have sent them in a different order. Overall, an expensive dinner for two that left us slightly underwhelmed.
