Food (apps and main course) took forever to get to the table. When it got there it was wrong and Luke warm. My salmon was dry and hard, my kids ordered items with items taken out (ie no avocado in the fish tacos) but it came out exactly how it is on the menu not how she ordered it. No apology, nothing.

Beer selection was better than anticipated. Food was ok, the Cuban sandwich was a bit greasy. Unfortunately the empty plates were not taken away after we finished eating. I didn't expect the cold air blowing into my neck during winter time. Normally places are being heated in winter. We sat at the bar, so booths or tables may be better.

It’s not often that I leave a negative review, usually I bite my tongue and move on, as I understand people make mistakes. However, this experience needs to be shared. My fiancée, our children, and I stopped here for dinner after shopping at the mall. While our server was excellent, the food and what I witnessed during its preparation were extremely unsanitary and unacceptable.
One of the chefs was prepping food while repeatedly touching his beard, hair, nose, and arms, as well as various surfaces without ever changing his gloves. My fiancée saw the anger and disgust on my face and suggested we leave, but I didn’t want to make a scene or make anyone uncomfortable. Moments later, I watched him, still wearing the same gloves that were heavily contaminated, grab fries and place them into bowls being served to us, along with other food items.
Because of this, we barely ate our meals and only touched what I hadn’t seen him handle directly. The manager was standing nearby, casually talking with the kitchen staff as all of this was happening, so there was no way it went unnoticed.
I understand that behind closed doors, kitchen etiquette isn’t always perfect, but witnessing it firsthand at this level was genuinely repulsive. I hope this review is seen and properly addressed, because this was unacceptable. We will not be returning.

My girlfriend and I sat at the bar to have a few cocktails and appetizers before going to the movies. Everything came out quick. Spinach dip and firecracker shrimp were crazy good. Really nice spot.

The service was inattentive. They have a lunch promo on their website and even specifically mentions it is offered at select locations including Poughkeepsie but said they didn’t and hadn't for years. Other 110 Grills were better than this. Sorta disappointed.

Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu and if any allergies we had, she gave us a comfortable experience for our first time at 110 Grill. Great customer service, winning character, very prompt and generous to out table. Listen everyone, if you get Karoline you will enjoy your experience so I recommend her at the host stand. 110 Grill absolutely deserves a full five stars. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the kind of service that instantly sets the tone for a great meal. The atmosphere is beautiful — modern, clean, and comfortable — with a perfect mix of energy and relaxation. It feels like the kind of place you can go for a date night, a family dinner, or even a casual meal and it still feels special.
The food was outstanding. Every dish came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in presentation and quality. Whether it was appetizers, entrées, or drinks, everything was made perfectly. The flavors were balanced, the portions were great, and nothing felt rushed or thrown together. This is one of those places where you can order anything on the menu and know it’s going to be good.
Our server was fantastic — attentive without being pushy, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find service this consistent, especially on a busy night. They checked in at the right times and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

This restaurant is digusting….cooks don’t wash hands after using the bathroom. My food tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. Management is horrible. I would give it zero stars if I could. I would definitely recommend for people NOT to eat here. Take your money elsewhere
