Tim and the staff did a great job accommodating our large group as a last minute request during a snowstorm. We had amazing service and food. Thanks so much! We will be back when we are in town again!

Karoline our waitress and Tim the manager were extremely nice. Karoline took time to talk with us. Tim is a hands on manager who isn't afraid of doing whatever is necessary from bussing to waiting. The food was great and the portions were more than worth the price.

Dietary restrictions: They take great care to make sure they know and protect anyone who has an allergy.

I rarely would go here to eat as is, so this is partially my fault for choice. Was running errands and doing xmas returns so I figured I'd grab something for lunch on way back to office. The pic is the piece of fish they put on my tacos. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and fairly priced with quick service. It’s extremely allergen friendly. My sister and I are both celiac and decided to stop in for something to eat after a long day of chemo at a center nearby. Our allergy information was carefully taken into consideration and neither of us ended up sick after dining, even with a huge menu selection. Everything served is labeled with a clear indication of the allergy, including the take home food. It’s very hard finding places in the area that are truly celiac friendly. We will definitely be back.

I came with my wife for the first time. Kelly introduced herself and was very pleasant. We ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer and it was delicious. I had the best shrimp scampi I think I've ever had. We split the peanut butter brownie with chocolate cream and Reese's pieces of cups which was absolutely amazing. Kudos to Kelly for her personality and personalized service. Will definitely ask for her the next time.

We used to love the food here but the nacho only had a 1/3 of the chips had stuff on it. The cauliflower was not worth 17 it like something I get in the supermarket for 6 and I can warm up myself
The drinks were good but the bar look so empty and seem like your going out of business and not care. Very disappointed bc we used to love rhe food so I guess all chains don’t care anymore ir all about the bottem line

Absolutely love the food here, don’t get me wrong. They can accommodate allergies in my family without issue. We ordered from here through DoorDash at 7:45 with an estimated pick up time of 8:15pm. At 9:15pm, our order was cancelled & refunded without an explanation. We had a $30 tip on there for the driver. We knew it was a later order but well before their closing time. Guess 110 Grill couldn’t be bothered to make an order for a family who are loyal customers. Shame on you.

Absolutely amazing team from top to bottom! My family has a lot of allergies. I mean we are a waiters worst nightmare with each of us covering the major allergens list and all of us has something different (Gluten, Lactose, Nuts & Treenuts and Shrimp) and they were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Moses was our server and he was kind and patient while taking our order. He took our allergies very seriously ( more seriously than any other place we have been to ) and made us feel extremely safe. They took an added precaution and brought out the food separately and by different servers to not cross contaminate the plates which I have never seen a restaurant do before. On top of all of that, the food was EXCELLENT!!! We love this place and hope one will open in the NYC/Queens/Long Island area soon as we were visiting the area for apple picking. Definitely a must to dine here if you’re nearby!

Dietary restrictions: Fully labeled separate Gluten free menu and extremely knowledgeable staff. Cross contamination is avoided here at all costs. Able to handle gluten/nuts/tree nuts/shrimp and lactose allergies and beyond!

Went a few Saturdays ago with friends and the food was awesome. Our server, I think her name was Karolin, was very attentive with our table. Above average service and delicious food. My steak was perfect!!!

We have been coming to this 110 Grill in the mall for two years. In 2022, it was our favorite place to have excellent, well prepared food in a clean, modern atmosphere. Suddenly, starting late in 2023, things began to change. The food became more overcooked, undercooked, over seasoned or just generally botched. The orders would be confused and we would end up with the wrong items. Dishes would just fail to appear at the table. And when we would (politely) ask about the food quality (or existence), we would get a shrug and no bill adjustment.

But we kept returning. We hoped that the 110 that we loved would come back. And each time we returned, it was just as terrible as the last time. They started eliminating dishes that were a favorite (pesto pasta, for one). The servers started disappearing. This last visit, the manager waited on us, and seemed genuinely confused about how to do that. He seemed nervous and distracted, and we really just felt sorry for him.

To be fair, it isn't just this one 110 Grill. I took my mom to the one in Albany, and it was also subpar. The food was tasteless and over salted, and service was scarce. I can only assume that the owners are prioritizing growth over quality. To that end, please inform Ryan Dion and Robert Walker that their New York locations are suffering. As for us, I guess we are moving on.
