We just recently came here and what an amazing little cafe. Soo CLEAN and such a great atmosphere for everybody and especially kids. This was formerly Debra T’s where I went since I was a baby. Ally’s brought back that feeling and nostalgia which was so amazing to see and the staff went above and beyond to give us a good experience. We came in 5 minutes before closing and the owner welcomed us with open arms. They are very passionate about what they do and it shows. As for the food and ice cream, it was delicious 10/10!! I can’t wait to go back!!

Ice. Cream. Flights! If you’re like me and you get overwhelmed with choices, this is a great option! 4 ice creams and 4 toppings! Loved it! Coffee shakes! And at least 3 coffee ice cream flavors!

I was there today (August 7, 2024 at 8:50pm) and I ordered an ice cream on a cone. The guy that was handing me my ice cream was not wearing gloves?! He was holding the cone with his bare hand but was wearing a glove on the other hand holding the scooper? Make that make sense to me? Unfortunately I paid $7 for a medium cone and couldn’t eat it because of a sanitary issue. He also didn’t even bother wrapping the cone with a napkin of any kind of paper and just handed it to me directly. Absolutely disgusting, safe to say I probably won’t come back which is sad because I live so close

Went into Ally’s a few days ago. The young lady with glasses working there was so helpful and kind and she helped me read the menu. Made me very happy because my parents got divorced last week.

This is our second time at allys. First time getting regular food. The young man working the counter and cooking provided exceptional customer service and I couldn’t be more impressed. We will be back

Went there for 2 chocolate dip cones today, I asked the girl if they had the chocolate dip and she said yes (reason I asked is because I went about 3 weeks ago and it wasn’t available because the machine wasn’t turned on to warm the dip, no problem stuff happens). The girl made the first cone couldn’t get the dip to cover the cone, she proceeded to remove the dip can from the warmer to the counter and mix with a whisk. Dipped the cone again and handed it to me, the cone had so much dip on it took a bunch of napkins to somewhat clean the cone so I could hold it. When I looked at the cone there was definitely something wrong with the dip it was thin and grainy (she proceeded to tell me their dip is thinner) okay she dipped the second cone and I walked to the car to give my granddaughter her cone, we both immediately knew the dip was bad, it left a horrible aftertaste she said I can’t eat this. I bought them both back in and received a full refund with out even one of two workers saying sorry about that. The girl knew the dip is bad and our dip is thinner?? Nope sorry it was rancid! And as a food server, if the cone is that “messed up and covered in chocolate so bad that the customer is standing at the counter cleaning it with napkins so they can hold it take a second to make a new one!!
