Great pizza great service. Been going here forever!
There aren't enough stars in this universe plus the infinite parallel universes to rate this restaurant. It was quite simply the best Italian dinner I've ever had in my life (I've been to actual Italy several times). With the possible exception of an all-you-can-eat lobster tail dinner on a nuclear submarine somewhere in the North Atlantic, it may just be the best dinner period. It certainly was one of the best dining EXPERIENCES ever. From the Old World charm and welcoming comfortable ambience of a bygone era (open since the late 1920's) to the friendly and fun staff (many from the same family) to the incomparably delicious food and cocktails, this place is a true gem. My date and I shared warm fresh baked bread, a house salad, and minestrone. She had the chicken francese entrée, I had the shrimp pomodoro. Dessert was out of the question (we'll definitely leave room next time). We also had several hand-crafted cocktails. Everything was heavenly delicious, especially the red sauce with the shrimp.
Bonus: We were on our way to the Walkway Over the Hudson for an after-dark stroll under the stars. The restaurant staff encouraged us to leave our car in their parking lot, which is a short walk to the bridge entrance.
Just a magical evening at a wonderful historic authentic Italian restaurant. We will definitely return as often as possible.

This place is the Best!!! The waitress acts like you are family. The pizza is unique and delicious. The meatballs melt in your mouth.
Old school Italian restaurant.... hadn't been there in over twenty years...like a step back to easier times

The food here is so good. The short rib ravioli was amazing. I highly recommend it.
They have a unique pizza that they have been making for decades. I'm a fan.

This restaurant has an old time Italian feel. Our server was very friendly, but did not listen! My friend requested her pasta al dente, it wasn't. I asked for plain water with lime and was served seltzer water, two others at our table ordered seltzer but I didn't. I requested the dressing on the side of my antipasta salad but instead my salad was drenched in dressing. I didn't enjoy my meal but the others I was with said their meals were tasty.

Ordered the stuffed "jumbo" shrimp, stuffing 95% bread. Side if pasta included in $26 price. Asked if I could have a bolognes sauce and was told it would be a little extra charge. It was a whopping $7.00 extra! And if you want plain old garlic and oil, that's extra $'s also. Outrageous!!!

Lovely service with an uneven menu and weak red sauce.

Arrived around 3:30 pm on a lazy Sunday to a beautifully empty restaurant. Service was phenomenal. Ordered a large pizza with mushrooms, peppers and onions. 8 slices. Also ordered veal cacciatore, stuffed sole , fried spinach ravioli, bombs desert and more. Awesome tasty food.
