I had a terrible experience at Auntie Anne’s in the Galleria Mall in Poughkeepsie on Route 9. This happened on Friday, November 28th, at around 8:15 to 8:20 p.m. I stopped in to buy a simple item and the girl working the counter was extremely rude from the moment I asked about the options. She acted as if there were barely any choices available, spoke to me in a monotone and disrespectful tone, and even stretched her words in a sarcastic way to be deliberately irritating.
When I asked if there were any more small sizes of the item I wanted, she acted as if she could not make more, even though they clearly had time before closing and plenty of larger sizes already prepared. She then behaved as if making more would have been a huge inconvenience, even though it was a simple request.
When I asked if a manager was around, she immediately responded with “Do you want to speak to the manager?” in a very arrogant and dismissive way, even though I only asked if a manager was present. Her attitude made it clear she had no intention of helping or taking the situation seriously.
As I walked away, she whispered to her non black co-workers, and they began laughing until I turned around. The moment I looked back, they all went silent as if they had been caught. The behavior came across as racially motivated and completely unprofessional.
I also called about ten times afterward to speak with a manager, and they clearly ignored the phone. They answered my very first call when I asked if they were still open, but every call after that went unanswered.
Horrible customer service from start to finish. I would give this place a zero if I could.

Super awkward experience. Got in line as the line shortened. Woman whose job is….? (Wasn’t paying attention, supposed to be managing line forming due to a lack of help taking orders / making product). They weren’t busy and only had two people in line at the register, but they me know a few minutes later that the line started against the wall, where the people who arrived after me and had gotten her attention. Be sure to avoid this place, snack elsewhere!

Tried to buy a pretzel bucket and was told I had to wait 20-25 minutes as filling the case was more important than the customer at the counter, even though they had 6 pretzel cups in the case and 3 trays of bits came out while I was there.

The pretzels are so yummy (in simple English). They make soft, buttery tasting fresh pretzels in different shapes and sizes. Pretzels nuggets as well as the traditional size and shape.You can watch employees put the dough together and bake them in their oven. The pretzels can be plain, buttered, salted and other options.Auntie Annie's pretzels are irresistible. Hard to pass by the place because not only do you see them but you can smell them from a distance.Beverages are also available like lemonade, soda, etc...Pricing is a bit high but you can't get these exact pretzels in a supermarket.
This place is great never been here and I liked it. the customer service is phenomenal Terri angel and cheyenne in the back all said hi and where very good with all the customers .the cinnamon suger bits where delicious and where fresh .I will be coming back here when I'm in the mall agin
