Went here for the first time yesterday. I did 2 flights and tried every beer. ALL of them were really good... even the styles I usually don't like. I have to say that the smoked porter was the best porter I've ever had. The West Coast IPA was also outstanding.
Also of note, the staff was very friendly and informative...and thats what makes a good place great! Thank you, ill definitely be back!

Wow what a cool brewary... Foostable also. BCB is such a great brewary. Brewolagist is amazing... There smoked porter is out of this world. Get a flight can't miss find your favorite... or all of them... So good. You will love this place. Highly recommend. ???

We were looking for place to have a welcome dinner the night before our wedding so we stopped by Blue Collar and as soon as we sat at the bar and started talking with Kevin and his son we knew this was the place for us.Great bar, great atmosphere, great people and good beer too! We rented the brewery out for two hours and were able to bring in a caterer to use their kitchen as well. Would highly recommend both for hanging to watch the game or for a private event

This place is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is great for a low key spot to have a conversation and meet people. Got to meet and hang out with Kevin, one of the owners with his son. The beer is amazing - we had the oatmeal stout, cream ale, and raspberry blonde ale. The overall experience is absolutely recommended!

Good beer and great ownership. Very friendly chatting with us about anything while paying attention to a full bar. There was an awesome patron that gave up his seat so my wife and I can set at the bar together.

Beer is always excellent! No food anymore? I can't hold that against them. This covid BS has taken a toll. Please bring back food and please order some tin tackers! Want to brag about you at our home bars (local, upstate and hilton head.)

Tweaks on classic style brews on menu, good vibes throughout. Ordered the chocolate-hazelnut and was NOT AT ALL disappointed! Bartenders were amiable and bar was visited by many locals. Great stop!
