I have had Bluestone’s food twice, and I have enjoyed it both tines. I just had the Crispy Chicken Tacos, and they were so good! I recommend it ?

This is a casual spot, great to go to with friends, family or just as a couple. The service is fast and efficient. The food arrives fast (the place was about 40% full) and it is tasty. I had the pasta special , my wife the Kale-Apple salad. The drinks were also good (Magic Rabit for me, I was driving, Ruby Roundabout for my wife (she would have liked a bit more alcohol in it, though). We will definitely go again!

Michaela was our waitress. She was so pleasant and cheerful in a good way. I would go back again just because of her!

staff is really friendly. def points there. The fried chicken sambo was v good. second time we went back i asked for a burger medium and it was charred/had burnt taste

It was our anniversary, we sat at 4:30. Waited 45 minutes for calamari, sat for almost an hour and a half total with no entrees. Tables that sat after us got apps and entrees before us so I know it’s not the kitchens fault. We won’t be back.

Below is my takeout order of chicken tacos and fries... something seems to be missing.

The concept is good, but it felt like they are just trying to copy culinary concepts from other restaurants. The food looked good but the flavor was bad, the menu over promised and under delivered, the server was adequate but disengaged. Definitely will not be back. Drinks were good.

Love this place. The food is always fresh and steaming hot. All the dishes we’ve tried so far have been amazing, but my favorite are the fries tbh. Idk what they put in those fries, but they are the best I’ve had in Poughkeepsie. The service is very good also. The place is clean, well maintained, with ample parking. One of our favorite places to frequent in the area.

My husband and I went to Bluestone Kitchen + Bar for our Valentine's dinner last night. We were blown away. 10/10. I have Celiac, so it's really hard for me to find restaurants where I have options and feel safe eating there. My waitress informed me that the chef's wife has Celiac, so he designed the menu to accommodate those with Celiac 100%. I got the fried chicken entree, a side of fries (there were so many!), and the Valentine's dessert special (gluten free brownie + dark chocolate whipped cream + chocolate ice cream from Zoe's Ice Cream Barn in Lagrangeville + a chocolate covered strawberry). I was in heaven. The wait staff was extremely friendly and made sure we had water at all times :) We appreciated that. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for my Celiac friends out there! PS I'm so excited to try a mocktail the next time I'm there :)

Definitely did not know what I was getting myself into COMING HERE. The stares were annoying and made me and my partner very uncomfortable. Food was basic ?. THe atmosphere was loud. They rushed to give us a checkbook she CONSTANLY checked to See lf we were ready to pay FOR 35$ WORTH OF FOOD &DRINKS. If we knew about that specific area would of never went. It was last min and we just wanted to eat and enjoy our night.

I have been here several times for dine in and take out, and the food is great! They have gluten free options for everything and great cocktails. They rotate their menu seasonally and also offer mocktails! Owners are very involved and care about the customers experience. Would recommend!
