The sashimi deluxe, while beautiful, was a disappointment. Three pieces each of tuna (almost flavorless), salmon (okay), yellowtail (good), mackerel (unappealing flavor and texture) and white tuna (strange texture, alright flavor). The fish was served nearly ice-cold, which is great for food safety but horrible if you actually want to enjoy the flavor of the fish. This is my absolute favorite sushi spot. Food is always great, and I have never had anything to complain about in the last 8 years of going here. Highly recommend if you love sushi.
First time going to a Japanese restaurant for sushi. We usually do ramen.
Waitress was super friendly and gave great recommendations. We were happy with our choices, the mango shrimp one specially was delicious. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area. 🍱
