Burger King has always been my favorite fast food but this is the 5th time I've tried this location and I will absolutely never go back. There was no one else at drive thru yet I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order and keeping with their record, they once again screwed up my order. 3 times I said cheesy tots and got mozzarella fries. They don’t even sound the same! I also asked for mayo on my burger and did not get it! I guess my bad for not checking before I pulled away but i was about to be late getting back to work! So done!

Every single time I've been here has been an awful experience. I'll come back every few months to see if the staff has gotten better. They haven't. They'll let you sit there for a half hour while your food gets cold. They ask for your name for the order, also give you a number. They don't call a number or a name. And then when I ask why they didn't call my name, it's because they're busy. I work in the trades, and never once has communication gotten in the way of me doing my job.

Ordered via Drive thru! Not exactly normal interaction between placing the order and the one taking the order. The employee was rude, short, completely non-interactive. I had to wait quite a long time for the order and it came to me very cold, dry and tasteless. ZERO communication at the window!

I was just charged an additional $22 on my debit card. The guy there asked if I needed a receipt and I said no after I just got a double cheese and soda. I just randomly checked my bank card and saw $22 pending charge. This better fall off tomorrow morning or I’m going to the police. Corporate, I’d like a call tomorrow as well to discuss. Thank you

The food is always cold, even when eaten immediately. Please start to cook food fresh when ordered. I've never gotten fresh fries from this location. Sometimes my food is ready immediately and it's cold, sometimes I have wait 10+ minutes around front and it's still cold...what the heck.

Hit or miss with service here . Most mornings we are told to go to the front and wait for our food after going through drive through. Today we arrived at 9:30 am , waited 10 mins on the drive through line . Went up to window , honked as we saw people in there, and left. I called the store to let them know they had customers waiting for 10 mins with zero response . The woman on the phone stated they would not be open for another hour or so due to the manager not being in. Disappointing , once again.
