Crazy how a nice, new establishment can be so poorly run. Get new staff and management and this place could actually be successful.

Hit or miss with service here . Most mornings we are told to go to the front and wait for our food after going through drive through. Today we arrived at 9:30 am , waited 10 mins on the drive through line . Went up to window , honked as we saw people in there, and left. I called the store to let them know they had customers waiting for 10 mins with zero response . The woman on the phone stated they would not be open for another hour or so due to the manager not being in. Disappointing , once again.
I went through the drive though. I was the only car. Someone came on and said she would be with me in a minute. About 10 min later a man came on and took my order. Part of my order was a milk for my daughter. I drove up, waited a bit more, got my stuff, and no milk. I honked, called for them, etc but no one came. I saw I wasn’t charged so I went around again to order the milk again. I was then told they didn’t have any. Honestly I don’t go to bk often and it was my first and last time going to this location.

Am actually connected to the corporation, and am dumbfounded by my experience tonight. I greatly apologize for the embarrassment that this specific branch is continuously providing.
The latest experience involves driving 20 minutes for some quick take out. Only to find some major items missing upon my return. So after a long day, I find myself calling BK to complain — the manager was awful.
It was clear that this was an everyday occurrence. When things like this happen, it is about much more than refunding the missing whopper or coming back to the restaurant, it is about someone’s dinner, hard earned money, and long day at work.
I was hung up on.
The manager and staff on duty at 7:30 on 10/29, I assure you, will be properly retrained or dismissed within a week’s time.
Update: Soda is flat, fries are old, and bread is VERY, VERY stale. This was clearly the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Waited in drive thru 10 mins. to order,no cars in front of mine. Ended up driving around, parking and going inside to see what the problem was, only to over hear another debacle with the customer in front of me...,wait some more, finally get my order drive home to discover my order was messed up too! No bueno

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I pull up to the drive thru place my order the total comes out to a little over $30. I get to the window to be told they don't except $50 bills. I went to CVS got change and came back when Burger King could've basically gave me $20 for my change. So I get back to burger king I pick up my order get home and I'm missing my whopper and a chicken Jr sandwich. As I was leaving someone else was returning food. The worst experience ever!
Once was enough for me! Why do people continue to go here? I see people leave reviews “everytime I go here….” , and it’s always negative. Stop going. There are plenty of other places to go. Stop keeping this dump in business so it can finally shutdown and maybe something decent can take its place.
Absolute worst place to go in the area. Ordered through the app. Went to the store and was told to wait out front. 20 mins later I had to walk in to ask about my order. Didn't even start making it yet. Chicken sandwich was worse than chewing on a tire I'd imagine. Workers should worry about being inside working instead of being outside hanging around.

STAY AWAY!! They are so understaffed you'll wait 30 minutes for a damn Whopper. The manager appears to be in over her head and doesn't know how to motivate her workers. Well, at least a few workers she has. Burger King is a dying brand.

I get it's not the greatest job but the customer service was horrible! Person taking my order was aggravated with me because SHE couldn't get a simple order right. Then I got to the window and the nasty, disgusted look on her face. No hello nothing, then just handed me my drink. Then another woman literally through the bag of food at me. No have a nice day, nothing. Terrible. Won't be going there again!

This place is horrible. Every time we go there we are asked to pull up. Pull up means go all the way around. To then get the wrong food and not everything we asked for. There was even one time that we drove off because no one came to the window until after we drove off. I went and told the manager and she got nasty with me. This place should be closed down.

We set a stop on the way back home to try to get something to eat, and as she was driving I looked up the reviews and saw that this place had hundreds of reviews and was at the bottom of two stars.
Every single one of those one-star reviews are correct. I predicted exactly what would happen based on the reviews. We pulled up 20 minutes ahead of closing and nobody said anything. The driver said, do we have to pull up? And then a snide voice sang I'll be right with you. There was nobody ahead of us nobody being served, we waited there for six more minutes hearing nothing but giggling and broken chit chat over the intercom.
There is no nice or mean thing to say about the kitchen staff from this date, August 3rd at 11:40 p.m. they are literally useless and the reason why I am looking forward to either AI or some sort of automation dispensing the food like a vending machine. That way we could have gotten our food rather than wasting 10 minutes going out of our way, and they won't have any money they didn't earn to waste on stuff that's probably be not good for them or the economy.
PS recorded the whole thing dash cam and cell phone like I said I read the reviews ahead of time
