Went in to the shop to buy a premade cake, young man at the counter offered to write on it. I asked for happy birthday. Didn't think to check before I left. This is what I got. Would have been better off with no writing.

Tried this carvel for the first time and did not disappoint! It Gives you this old-school delicious legacy flavored ice creams and cakes! Service was great although she was alone. Parking space is shared with other tenants. Accepts credit card but has a minimum $5 order. High chair available. Table and chairs

You either love Carvel or you don’t, I am an ice cream guru, and I love most ice cream‘s. Carvel is pretty good, although not the best in my opinion, but this particular store had someone incompetent working the day I went. Maybe she was just having a bad day, maybe she didn’t want to be at work? I don’t know. Carvel ice cream cakes are always great. But if you’re going to get a job in a customer service arena. Make sure you have a personality to go along with it. Otherwise it ruins the experience for the customers.
