Tried this carvel for the first time and did not disappoint! It Gives you this old-school delicious legacy flavored ice creams and cakes! Service was great although she was alone. Parking space is shared with other tenants. Accepts credit card but has a minimum $5 order. High chair available. Table and chairs

You either love Carvel or you don’t, I am an ice cream guru, and I love most ice cream‘s. Carvel is pretty good, although not the best in my opinion, but this particular store had someone incompetent working the day I went. Maybe she was just having a bad day, maybe she didn’t want to be at work? I don’t know. Carvel ice cream cakes are always great. But if you’re going to get a job in a customer service arena. Make sure you have a personality to go along with it. Otherwise it ruins the experience for the customers.

I have gone in several times and have even been overly nice to this owner. After all , we never know what a person may be dealing with in their personal lives. But it never changes the situation. I write this in hopes that he will read my review and consider the feelings of his customers. One simple change , such as a smile or friendly tone could keep your business prosperous for many years.

Super Rude employee on Saturday evening. We were the only ones there and it took her a good 5–10min for her to even acknowledge us. Prices are ridiculous and the place is dirty. The chairs and tables inside look like they been wiped down with a dirty wash cloth. The owners should be embarrassed.
this is the worst store. i called to confirm my cake was ready and correct and the man was so rude the cake was time. the store is filthy. next time go to dairy quenn

I just called and the staff were extremely rude on the phone. They couldn’t answer a simple question without giving extreme attitude. This was only a half hour after they opened as well. So it wasn’t like they had a long stressful day. They seem like they really hate their lives and jobs and have horrible customer service

I called ahead to have writing put on a birthday cake and he said no he would do it when I came in. I got there and put the $40 cake and extras on the counter and he says no credit cards meanwhile there are signs everywhere saying they accept them. He said the internet was down which was a lie so cash only. I said ok so I guess I have to go to the atm? He said yes and was extremely rude but the closest atm was out of service so I drove 23 minutes away to the next nearest store. Definitely not giving him my business.

Carvel Ice cream doesn't disappoint. The soft serve is thick and is a tier above anything else. Aw much as I do enjoy Carvel, it's a treat reserved for once in a while because it's fairly pricey. $4.35 for a small plain vanilla... yikes. ?

I’m from out of town they don’t have Carvel but when I come here I always come here! I love their soft serve with sprinkles. Good quality ice cream. Service was good also. We went on Wednesdays it was buy one Sunday get one free. Score!
