Awesome Mexican restaurant. The food is very good and the staff is super friendly & knows their jobs well. They have a Mariachi band on Wednesday evenings too and there is plenty of parking. Great spot!

The service was very good and, unfortunately, that's where the good ends. This was our go to restaurant for years. We loved it. Tonight will be our last time there. We ordered the appetizer platter. The wings had a weird smell. I took a bite and it tasted like rotten eggs (they had gone bad) and that's what it smelled like. We ordered the taco salad with ground beef. The lettuce was so wet that it was soggy, but there was no sauce on it. We ate some of the ground beef out of the salad and it had gone bad as well. Maybe it was just an off night (but 2 things ordered had gone bad???)...but now I feel sick so we're not going back.

This place is pretty great if you’re in the mood for Mexican. The portions are huge — I ended up taking half my plate home, which is always a win. Prices are really fair for how much food you get. The staff were super friendly and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The best part for me was the fresh guacamole they make right at the table — so good and you can tell it’s actually fresh, not out of a tub. Drinks are no joke either. The margaritas are big and strong, definitely worth ordering one (or two). The whole place has really colorful décor, kind of fun and festive, so it’s a nice vibe whether you’re with friends or family. Overall, really solid food, great value, and I’d definitely go back.

This restaurant is far from authentic Mexican food. I had the casa Vallarta enchiladas and the mole one was of the worst mole enchiladas I’ve ever had. The salsa verde one was so plain tasting. My son who is 2 got a water and they CHARGED $1.75 on the bill for it when we also had 3 adult waters and we didn’t get charged. But also I’m confused why we’re getting charged for water in the first place?? Save your money and go to cocina oaxaquena in Poughkeepsie.
