First off there's no chill at Chili's! We had the worst service. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to throw us some utensils and say they will be back. Another five minutes she comes back with an attitude to ask us if we wanted anything to drink. We're ready to order everything since we have looked at the menu for 15 minutes. The drinks come and they are wrong. Food was mediocre. You didn't see anyone after your food arrived. I won't be back.

They seated us in the bar area. Our waitress was horrible. She stepped up to the table and said are you ready, no hi, no nothing. She got my order wrong. My son ordered a burger, she didn't ask how he wanted it cooked, it was cooked well instead of rare, like he likes it. It was like we were a bother to her. The food was good. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and busy on a Saturday night after the movies. We didn't realize we were the last people there until we got up and it was about 11:00pm. There is plenty of parking on the lot.

Chill spot to grab a bite. Staff was friendly. Prices and deals were good.
We go to Chili’s in a pinch. To be blunt, the hostess up front is nice but the piercings are a little much. We sat near the front and saw her touching the gigantic nose piercing thing over and over. Then she takes menus(with the same hands that were touching giant nose piercing) and seats tables. To me, that’s a little unsanitary.

Normally love Chili's, but this last visit was horrible. Ordered two pasta dishes (Cajun Chicken and Cajun Shrimp) To Go online and ended up waiting almost an hour while people with larger orders that came in after us got their orders and left. The place was admittedly crowded and normally we don't mind, but waiting so long while others after us got their larger orders first was irksome. And when we finally got our food, my pasta was dry and slightly overcooked, there was no pico de gallo (which comes with the pasta) and the chicken was also dry. This was the third strike at this place and we've decided to not come back for the foreseeable future.
I don't particularly blame the staff but whomever is in charge of directing priority should really reevaluate. I wish everyone nothing but the best.
