Location across from Marist is horrible. People behind counter are not friendly and act as if worst job on planet. 730 and NO guacamole, lettuce is slimy and brown. Person taking money rude and doesn’t even look at you. Garbage's overflowing, empty tins from condiments piling up next to where they cut the meat up, no napkins. If it weren’t for Marist you’d be done! Owners really need to spot check and really think about who they hire to represent the brand.

I ordered an online order and didn't receive half my order, my bowl was wrong and half empty and their solution was give me a voucher for a free chip that expires in 30 days

The ONLY reason this Chipotle survives is because it’s across the street from Marist College. If it wasn’t for the hungry students they would have about 5 customers. The place is filthy! The dining area is filthy. The food bins are filthy. The trash is overflowing. The line to order is long. They were out of a few of the items I like and it was only 2:00 in the afternoon. Customer service is horrible. Portions are small. Prices are terrible. $18 for a slop bowl is ridiculous! I will never eat from here again. Where is the owner? What is the manager doing? Totally filthy and disgusting!! I would give this location a -5 if I could.

I got a burrito and a burrito bowl and two bags of chips i was the only person in there and nobody made my food then they gave me my bag of food i checked it and there was no chips in there i went to the lady and asked her why theres no chips she said we dont have none so she was gonna just let me walk out without telling me she had no chips even know i paid for them

Who ever hired and trained Christopher, you did a great job! The only reason I wasn’t completely disappointed was his great positive attitude!
He is someone that any business owner would want to bird dog. He was kind, attentive and pleasant at the check out counter.

Down side- out of almost all meats and the kid making the food gave me an attitude when I asked what the difference was between the two meats that were left. I was just trying to pick something for my toddlers.
He also gave me a plate he started making for another woman who left once she found out there was none of her first 3 options of meat.
I’ve been here a few times since you’ve opened but still drive out to Kingston because it’s drastically different in the standards.

Once again though, Christopher was amazing!

**Review: Absolute Trash Experience at Chipotle**

This Chipotle is an absolute disgrace. First off, it's filthy inside—disorganized, messy, and gross. You feel like you're walking into chaos.

Second, it takes 10 minutes just to get someone's attention, and when they finally notice you, it’s only to tell you it'll be another 20 minutes for your order. What’s the point of ordering 30 minutes ahead if I have to wait an extra half hour? The whole point of pick-up is convenience, not wasting time.

From what I've heard, everyone agrees: this Chipotle is consistently terrible. Management either needs to step up or step out. Corporate, if you're reading this, shut this disaster of a store down or *actually* fix it. It's been like this for years, and the only reason I'm here is because Salsa Fresca is closed.

Chipotle, do better. Or stop pretending you care about customer experience.

The rice was not cooked correctly (undercooked, crunchy and hard!) and the chicken was burnt. Both the burrito and bowl were not edible. They had no guacamole left at 7:15 pm. The place looked pretty dirty.. in their defense they were probably slammed earlier in the day, but serving uncooked rice is unacceptable. Very disappointing- was looking forward to a good experience.
