Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place sucks… how do you not have food on the line at 5pm??? And no one can roll a burrito there. I come home and it’s a sloppy mess. And no one responds to these comments just that stupid computer generated response. I went on they’re web site and can’t find where to tell them how terrible this location is

I agree with all the reviewers that this Chipotle is awful. The last time I went was the final straw. Employees working the line were fooling around holding it up when I was the only one there. Thankfully they gave me a good amount of rice but all the other fillings were portioned small. I guess I should be fortunate to get five strips of carne asada. They also charge for water? What the heck? Trash everywhere, trash overflowing. I will not be coming back.

Also, to preempt a stock corporate response- I will not be reaching out on another website. You have my review here to ignore. If you want me to come back, fix these huge problems everyone is complaining about.

Food was to salty . Dropped salt in all the food couldn’t even eat . No law enforcement discount and worker did not give me my points for 110.00 I spent .

Busy spot but is good food. We have gone here 10 times or more and still continue to go. Only once was there an error and online customer service was great. We typically order to go since it's so busy. We recommend it!

Not going back until that one little kid is gone from behind the counter. Dude treats the food like it comes out of his pocket. Ask him for more, he tells you he has to charge you extra. Yea ok buddy

Pleased to see so many negative reviews as it paints an accurate picture of this place. They need to shut the place down, clearly it’s run by college kids. They constantly miss items like chips and queso or entire orders - or allow people to walk out with any order without checking. We’re fed up with it. Never ordering from here again and I don’t recommend anyone reading this does either. Literally wasted so much of my time and money here. Don’t be another one. Get salsa Fresca instead if you’re craving a bowl, it’s right up the road, good food and service and great reviews.

NO VINAIGRETTE EVEN THOUGH THEY JUST OPENED 15 MINUTES AGO. RUDE WORKERS.

This Mexican child at the online ordering was quickly unpleasant. I told him that he had forgotten my side dish, guacamole, and he stared at me, spit in my food, and threatened to do so if I didn't leave him alone.

The managers of this restaurant are a total Joke
and it has declined. Bins are full and the tables are filthy.

Went in today 06/12/25 in the morning I couldn’t even order the place was a mess, touching the tortilla chips with their bare dirty hands and bad customer service. It looks like nobody runs the place!
