I purchased a large size cake for a birthday and when I went to eat my piece, there was a long hair sticking out of it still stuck in the inside part of the cake. Clearly fell in there while the cake was being assembled. It was disgusting. I can’t believe I paid that much money for a cake that had someone’s hair in it. I called Customer Service to let them know and no one even responded to me. I was told to leave a message with my phone number and name and the call was never returned. I normally purchase a minimum of three cakes from there a year. Never again.

I ordered a coffee with chocolate shavings and a mint with chocolate chip. The mint cup is fine, but the coffee tasted of freezer burn and the shavings were waxy. I have to say the trust is gone.

We went today for the first time in easily a year and the young girl Megan was so friendly and nice! She let my daughter choose which whip cream she wanted and actually mixed the toppings in! In the past people have just mushed them around but it was so worth the drive! May actually start going back here again!

ordered online, took 50+ minutes, got someone else’s order after the incompetent driver couldn’t find our house and reversed down 1/2 our street. refused delivery and demand refund

Absolutely incompetent people working there. Send the wrong order for deliver and then can not issue a refund when you placed an order on there website. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to have a manger “look into it” and see if I can refund on an order I never received. Hire people with brains.

This place is disgusting. There are flies in container where the bananas are and the manager and employees do nothing about it. I am very shocked to see this place is still up and running and when was the last time the health department came and checked this place? There’s only two girls working on very busy nights and they seem very stressed when the line is so long. The ice creams have other ice creams mixed into them which is not sanitary or okay. I just know the manager is bad at their job from what I see when I walk in there. The bathroom floor is disgusting as well. The only good thing I can say about this place is how fast and nice the workers are. Although I used to love going here and came frequently I will now stop going to this location and I hope everyone else does too because this place does not deserve to be in business with this disgustingly dirty store.
