First timers...not a good experience at all. Went there Saturday 1230pm . Ordered 3 salads, kind of okay, one pasta dish supposedly with meat sauce, but the sauce was nowhere to be found. 32 dollars for a plate of pasta basically naked. Waitress kept rushing us , wanted to pick up our plates without being finished, if the place was full and people were waiting I would've understood, but there were only 3 tables occupied and everything else, except the bar was pretty much empty.
Definitely not coming back. People..please don't spend your money on plain dishes and poor service...there are a lot better places to go to ...

Amanda set up the details for a wonderful birthday party in Crew’s private dining room. Menu choices were excellent. Seating layout perfect. The servers, Fallon and Liv were very supportive and did an excellent job. Thank you to Chef. It was a very special event and space for 18 people.

We go like twice a year for the past 10years. Food is great. Apple butter is delicious. Love the ochetta dinner. And all their soups. Do not leave without trying the Penne Cotta desert with the fresh berries (seasonal). It's so good! The 1st time we tried it we couldn't stop giggling!! The ower told us it took them 3 months to get the recipe just right. And they knocked it out the park with that recipe. Highly recommend this place for a date or dinner with friends and family.

The worse crew I’ve ever ever met! My husband and I took the flight on November 19th @ 8:25am from Bologna to Catania. We got Priority seats. Our seats were 1A & 1B. The lady crew who was was in the front with prescription glasses was a rude rude sarcastic and uninviting. I had my personal bag that I was going to put under my seat but this crew lady told me I will have to Put it up in the cabin. I told her I have my passport and personal belongings and she said I still have to put it in the cabin and she made this remark to me immediately “everyone’s personal belongings are important not just yours”. I was shocked she responded like that, I Then said this is crazy and she quickly made a remark “if you don’t like it you can leave the aircraft and take a luxury airlines”. I was so so shocked and I almost was in tears. I travel a lot but never have I had a crew talk like this. I know this is a budget airline But a crew being so rude and sarcastic is so unbelievably crazy! My husband told me not to communicate with this crew lady because he said she doesn’t look normal because a crew doesn’t talk like this to passengers unless the passenger is crazy and created trouble. So I stopped talking to her. I know it’s a budget airline but please don’t have your crew talk to your passengers rudely and sarcastically especially when the passenger did not say or do anything bad. But your crew lady is the worse I’ve seen.

Went recently for lunch. We got bacon cheese burger w/ sweet potatoe fries, chicken cesar salad, side of brussel sprouts and iced tea and seltzer. Bill was over 80$! For a burger, salad 2 nothing drinks and a side? The salad was nothing special and while the burger was good, the bun broke apart immediately when eating it. Not worth it

We had a wonderful wedding rehearsal dinner in the Vino room at Crew on 10/17/25. The atmosphere is warm and special. The banquet food was delicious! Special accommodation was graciously made for celiac and gluten free diets. Planning was a breeze with Amanda! She instilled confidence in me when planning at this venue. Service by Olivia and Lauren was perfect! Everyone went over and above for our guests. I highly recommend Crew!

Very nice atmosphere with excellent service. Food was quite good and the menu offered a vast selection of items. We were able to get everything from a burger, salads and an entree.

Crew gets it all right - friendly service, well made drinks and delicious food in a comfortable setting. The steak frites were perfectly cooked to order and the meat was a quality cut - tender and juicy, zero gristle. The frites are perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The side salad is a nice blend of greens with a tasty vinaigrette. Squint and you might think you were in a European bistro. They offer a full bar as well as beer and wine. It’s a popular place, so I would recommend making a reservation (as we did) to avoid disappointment.

Food is good (steaks), steak fries is the best value. MP meals are a bit high (20%+). VG service. Desserts - lemonchello sorbet and creme brulee are outstanding, we'd return just for these desserts.
