I can not say enough positive things about this specific Dunkin Donuts. I have visited this specific location around 300 times in the last year. My mother's memory care facility is nearby and its a great easy trip to take with her as a "special treat." The drive-through is everything you are looking for: quick, efficient and cost effective. More than that though, I have to say that developing relationships with the drive-through team has been a real bright spot in what has been a pretty tough last year and I look forward to each daily visit now. I realize Dunkin Donuts is never going to compare in terms of food quality with higher end bakeries, but for my mother and I, this is the absolute perfect spot to have a quick tea, munchkins and chat with the team all while feeling like we aren't breaking the bank with daily visits. Consistency is key and with all the orders we've put in over the last year I don't think they've gotten a single order incorrect, truly amazing. I hope if management is watching this, they let the staff know they are greatly appreciated by "regular" customers like us because it means a lot to have the crew there remembering my usual order (and all its variations) and greeting my mom and I with a smile each day. Thanks guys.

Rude service overall, and menu items are being removed without any notice. I drove to three different locations only to be told they discontinued an item they just launched…..

I never write reviews but this place is horrible. I went into the store and waited 10 minutes just for someone who was falling asleep right in front of me that they can’t sign in to take our order and that we have to go to the drive through. whoever was in charge of them was not there. There were all just 16 year olds working and doing an awful job. Don’t go here the drive through took just as long.

Dunkin has not learned the lessons of Coca-Cola when, a decade or so ago someone at the helm decided to change the classic recipe. We know what happened next. Dunkin followed the short-cut,substandard food bandwagon when they started caring more about shelf life instead of producing authentic donuts. Dunkins are popping up all over like weeds of coffee society. Where in the world ARE these monstrosities prepared? Dunkin continues to over-Franchise and keeps trying to push out local businesses like they did to the Stewart shop on route 9D in Wappingers. I for one and sticking up for the little guy, so I intentionally by my donuts at Stuertz or at least I know they were made in the region and served with a smile It only made sense that Dunkin removed the word donut from their branding because they really don't serve (real) donuts anymore. If it weren't for the drive-through's, nobody in their right mind, would buy a sandwich there, much less a donut .The last time my lazy drive-through-lovin' butt was enticed by the convenience of a quick visit to the new location on 40 Vassar Rd. in the town of Poughkeepsie, I instantly regretted it. The so-called "Bavarian cream" donut pitiful. Clearly it had been sitting around since the early morning rush-hour, and did not fare well. A wrinkled mess of coagulated dough with the teeniest bite of custard that called for a magnifying glass to find.. And let's face it, we buy the Bavarian cream donuts to get covered in powdered sugar just to reach the losing center of cream.TIP:If you were craving a real, authentic, minimally, processed, donut, pass every one of the shops right by and head to a Stewart's shop where you can find real apple fritters and apple cider donuts every day of the week

Service seemed great they were very nice but they messed my order up pretty good. They didn't have any bagels so I settled for a muffin. I asked them if they could toast it with butter and jelly they said yes and that the jelly would be in the bag. I ended up with just a muffin not toasted no butter no jelly just a muffin. Plus no straws with the ice coffee at the drive thru jeez. Is it me?

They were so sweet and gave me exactly what I ordered. And their service was very quick.
