Worst Dunkin in Dutchess county. They are so rude, SO inconsistent and not capable of not having a problem over a pup cup - will tell me what I ordered is out of stock in drive thru window- but if I walk in - there's plenty !!!!

This mornings breakfast was less then satisfactory. Not only did they forget things…my breakfast wrap had bites taken out of the sausage. Officially moving my business and sharing this with all of my employees. Starbucks anyone ?

I placed my order on the Dunkin’ app went in the drive through to pick it up. I was sitting at the window for 10 minutes! Was never greeted or anything. The worker did not say one word to me. Finally received my order and was not even given a straw. I even watched her text on her phone before finally coming over to the window. Remind me to never place an order on the go when I’m in a rush thought that was the whole point of placing a pick up order because it would be quick. Guess not. Won’t be back. I would rather drive farther to a different location where I am at least greeted and get my order in a reasonable time.

This place is the worst! Called and spoke to store manager Ivy and was promised a refund via gift card because I don’t live in the area and got nothing in the mail. Called and left numerous messages but never got a call back!! They have messed up my $60-$70 order every single time!! Ivy needs to be replaced because she is not a store manger!! And they need to find better people to work there!!

Black girl at the drive thru had terrible service. Supposedly the frozen machine was down. When I said I’ll look for something else she goes ‘you gettin something else?’ with an attitude like I didn’t just tell her I was. She just ignored me once I said I was coming in, had no charm, clearly hates her job. No manners.

Amazing food. I got a strawberry cream cheese bagel, a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, a matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla sweetener, and an assortment of munchkins. This Dunkin’ stands out as one of the best in the region. Will be ordering from here again soon!
old bro mad at me for him having to go to work in the morning getting paid pennies. Its not my fault YOU chose this job. even if its a fake smile put it on. Its crazy i tip people what you get paid an hour just for talking to me nice even if they are faking it.
