I ordered a simple iced coffee with mocha flavor and almond milk and my order was wrong and then after it was fixed they gave it back and I almost spit it out it was so bitter and I asked the employee if it had any almond milk in it and he said yes but the coffee they were serving was burnt/bad and I said um okay Can you give me a new one? And he “remade it” and gave me the same coffee super bitter, and again with the wrong flavor. Do not recommend this Dunkin.

Phil is a really nice guy. But the girls that work there are rude and nasty, they found it appropriate to make fun of me for asking them to remake my coffee. I always ask for extra sugar and again today I take a sip no sugar at all. Because of the way I was treated last time I asked to them to remake it, I didn’t feel comfortable asking them to remake it today. Do better.

Ordered to go and messed up my bagel, I said I wanted cream cheese on it and on the side, gave me a barely toasted bagel and no cream cheese on the bagel, only thing they got right was a side of cream cheese why did I pay extra for nothing

every time i come to this dunkin some way some how they always mess up my orders.. i ordered a meal deal and the sandwich in the middle was still cold and disgusting they never get my coffee right. come in there daily before work and it jus never fails for them to mess up my orders.

While driving to my parents so my 4 month old son spend time with his grandparents, he started screaming that he was hungry, I ended up forgetting the bottle warmer and immediately stopped at this location. I went up the counter, told them what was going on and they went above and beyond by not charging me for the hot water but also putting ICE CUBES in it so it was warm and not scolding hot. I didn't get their names and I didn't have cash for a tip but I needed to know their kindness didn't go unnoticed!

i stopped going here a while back because two times they gave me spoiled oatmilk in my latte. i was in the area and this dunkin was the closest so i gave it a chance and yet again i was given spoiled oatmilk. i cant come here anymore i’ve thrown my past three lattes in the garbage because they were undrinkable somebody is going to get sick from this
