While driving to my parents so my 4 month old son spend time with his grandparents, he started screaming that he was hungry, I ended up forgetting the bottle warmer and immediately stopped at this location. I went up the counter, told them what was going on and they went above and beyond by not charging me for the hot water but also putting ICE CUBES in it so it was warm and not scolding hot. I didn't get their names and I didn't have cash for a tip but I needed to know their kindness didn't go unnoticed!Kid-friendliness: Helped warm up a baby bottle

i stopped going here a while back because two times they gave me spoiled oatmilk in my latte. i was in the area and this dunkin was the closest so i gave it a chance and yet again i was given spoiled oatmilk. i cant come here anymore i’ve thrown my past three lattes in the garbage because they were undrinkable somebody is going to get sick from this

Stop assuming that everyone wants They’re buttered bagel toasted. Have you ever tried to eat a toasted buttered bagel in a car what a mess. Make the default not toasted. More times than not I will say not toasted and the bagel will be toasted with butter mess

Typical Dunkin experience. Fellow behind the counter was efficient and pleasant, although he looked like he was very sick or hadn't slept in days! Made a decent breakfast sandwich though! Have noticed the last few times at various Dunkin's the selection of donuts and munchkins in the afternoon is skimpy.
Ordered online today, It was ready when I came in but they did not have the type of donut I wanted. The woman working there was very nice and gave me an extra donut. It made my day, I will be back.

I've never understood why Hyde Park needed two Dunkin Donuts but they're both horrible. For some reason they only employee children who can't even understand the easiest directions ever. Every single time I come here my order is wrong or the lids aren't on at all and spill everywhere.

For my commute to NYC for work this is the only joint I can hit before the MTA. Coffee is good but not as good as SB but nothing to complain about. I wish they had apple fritters more often.
