It was my first time coming here on Jan 23 2025 and I’m appalled at how some of the staff talk and behave. I understand making drinks is difficult as I used to work for Dunkin back in 2017-2023 but still knew that there was a time and place for specific behaviors. Callouts like “stop making drinks!” Or “this is bullshit!” are unacceptable. I am also surprised with how low they serve the coffee, not even up to the trained fill line. And the way the staff talk to their leaders is just not okay.

Vegetarian options: I don't know I'm not a vegetarian plus I don't trust anyone who refuses to eat bacon or claims they don't like ba con ?
Dietary restrictions: the only diet I'm very strict about and I stick to it religiously and have very intense restrictions with a very vigorous daily regime is the "Sea Food" lol
Parking: parking is very accommodating, however the only advice I'd give to present and future customers would be to STOP be lazy...I get it you want to park as close to the front as possible but when you park along the sidewalk of the establishment on the right ride of the building (rt side if ur facing away from rt 9) ur gonna end up getting stuck there for awhile cuz ur literally gonna be blocked by everyone on line for the drive through especially in the early morning hrs and I myself have seen some vicious verbal arguments occur over being blocked by those of on line ..so keep that in mind next time ur in a rush n u want to park as close to the front door as possible ..u may save seconds by not having to cross the parking lot but you will pay for it afterwards.
Kid-friendliness: idk about this one I guess it depends on the children and what type of parents they are ...are they like my parents who raised my like they were or are the the type who sit back doing their own thing while letting their technology to entertain them whether it a cell phone, tablet, or Nintendo switch
Wheelchair accessibility: very spacious seating the besides the mandatory handicapped bathroom stall their normal stalls are way more roomy and comfortable as well as just entering the facility you know they care cuz there is a ramp that keeps right to the front door , zero stairs ...

I loved coming here before the renovations, I just went for the first time since the renovations and didn’t have a great experience. I ordered maple bacon and I received regular bacon, and I got the worst latte I ever drank. Not sure if they have new staff now? I didn’t bother to ask for a new sandwich, I just ate it, but the latte was so bad I asked them to do it again. The staff was so sweet and she remade the drink, but the remake was even worse lol now I’m nervous to go back if I’m honest.

I was waiting 15 minutes for a large iced tea that I ordered in the Dunkin app. There were 3 employees behind the counter, two of them were busy gossiping and pretending to work, while one of the three was actually working. I asked for a receipt and they "couldn't find it". Service was terrible and lethargic.

Hash browns were hard & cold. Ordered an iced coffee, saw something in the drink at the bottom… Don’t remember asking for plastic. The worker at the drive through looked high & distracted with other coworkers. I do not recommend coming here.

i used to love this location but in the past few months it has gone absolutely downhill. i am not the type to write reviews but i feel it’s needed in this situation. i live 2 minutes down the road so its the most convenient spot for me but i refuse to go anymore i have given so many chances! they have hired a bunch of teenagers who could care less about the service the provide. my orders are never correct they always forget something specially if its a bakery item such as donuts or muffins. my drinks are always made poorly and my food!! oh my food has been cold every time its like they put it in long enough for the outside to be warm but once you bite into it its cold! the management needs improvement because the kids working are clearly not being trained right and have free rein. i’ve been disappointed every time and i’ve heard from other people they have had similar experiences.
