Hash browns were hard & cold. Ordered an iced coffee, saw something in the drink at the bottom… Don’t remember asking for plastic. The worker at the drive through looked high & distracted with other coworkers. I do not recommend coming here.

i used to love this location but in the past few months it has gone absolutely downhill. i am not the type to write reviews but i feel it’s needed in this situation. i live 2 minutes down the road so its the most convenient spot for me but i refuse to go anymore i have given so many chances! they have hired a bunch of teenagers who could care less about the service the provide. my orders are never correct they always forget something specially if its a bakery item such as donuts or muffins. my drinks are always made poorly and my food!! oh my food has been cold every time its like they put it in long enough for the outside to be warm but once you bite into it its cold! the management needs improvement because the kids working are clearly not being trained right and have free rein. i’ve been disappointed every time and i’ve heard from other people they have had similar experiences.

Horrible, i don't understand how someone could mess up an order this bad. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got bacon only... 2 plain bagels with cream cheese and i got 2 bottoms of an onion bagel with butter, and they didn't give me the other bagel. I can't even imagine how this is even

We stay nearby for the weekend, got coffee and breakfast here Saturday morning and It was great. Went for coffee again on Sunday morning. We ordered dunkin midnight both times. On Sunday we definitely did not get midnight, very disappointing to discover this afternoon getting back to the hotel. Had to go back out and visit the nearby Starbucks for some good coffee.

They play games on the phone and do not pick up. One time they even picked up and left the phone off the hook. I guess no whip cream for my DoorDash order ?
We have a coupon from the Dunkin’ app that says free iced coffee that “expires on 8/15”. Nowhere on the terms and conditions does it say starts on 8/14 as the manager said. It’s 8/13 today and they had the audacity to say “it’s not for today” and that we would have to pay for the drink. Meanwhile, our other friend used the exact same code at another Dunkin and it worked. Odd huh? This is poor customer service from the manager working 8/13 at 12:45pm at this location. Be aware of your promotions. Do better.
