Unfortunately, it’s the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to me and my family. I don’t know if it’s the place that’s creating this bad atmosphere or bad service. It needs to change because we all need our coffee for our energy boost, but if we’re gonna go to a place that give us bad energy and bad vibes what’s the point?! They need employees that want to work!

Store closes at 9pm on a friday night. Placed a mobile order at 7pm for 2 simple donuts and a refresher just to be told “we don’t have any donuts” “we only have these 2 items available instead”. are you serious?? why isn’t everything marked out of stock then? they literally had NOTHING. others have also said this has happened to them before at this location and they ended up just leaving. fix your lazy staff and correct this please dunkin’ this is absurd

It's a Dunkin attached to a gas station convenience store. Nothing too crazy. Had a not so good experience getting donuts in one evening, but Dunkin is known for their best quality in the mornings.

The staff was very rude. I returned my order and the manager came over to do refund and she was even nastier than the woman at the window. I will never visit this location again 😔

Jan 13 2025 Manager got angry with me because I wanted an americano which was not on the menu. She poisoned my coffee I only had one sip it was like I swallowed razor blades. Been sick all day. If I hadnt thrown it out I would have gone to the police and charged her with attempted murder

I placed an order 3 days ago with the app for a coffee and pick up..
After arriving, I decided while waiting for my coffee. I'd order some donuts while deciding a pretty large roach came crawling across the floor towards the trash can where I noticed other roaches were congregating I went up to the employee and whispered (because the restaurant had other customers EATING) about the bugs. The employee kinda shrugged and mumbled, "Oh really, and processed back into the kitchen. Needless to say, I have thrown out the beverage and did not order any donuts. Unfortunately, this location is my local Dunkin, and this isn't the 1st issue I've had.
Examples....just to name a few.
-Lack of selections for food options. -Out of certain coffee types, cold brew or frozen - Machine to blend, not working Order cold foam and get regular whipped cream -Cold & HOT coffee tasting burnt -Cold (sandwiches) & Hard bagels Drinking ground up coffee in my iced coffee - Going to grab donuts 2 or 3 hrs before they close, and they have NONE.

First of all I want to say the only reason I even still go to this Dunkin donuts location is because it's so close to my job but after a year of them messing up my orders and the workers being rude and nasty in general..I think today was my last try. I stood at the counter with no one else in line for 10 minutes. I noticed there were 2 people waiting for their orders, so I figured the workers were totally ignoring me because they were busy making orders but that's the thing they were not busy with orders they were busy talking amongst themselves about what place in the area is the best place to get your nails and eyelashes done and they were obnoxiously loud about it very ignorant behavior I finally just decided to leave because I don't have time to listen to theirnon work problems while I have a limited time to get to work myself..I then went to the other side where the gas station part is and got gas and told the man who worked at the register what had happened he sighed and said it was normal because the people that worked there only collect a pay check while yelling all day about things that have nothing to do with their job..anyway I got gas then had to go back to get change do you know those 2 customers were still waiting on their orders..wow..this is just what happened today I have a years worth of other stories from this Dunkin donuts of how they constantly screw up simple coffee orders of rudeness and just pure laziness but I have already given them way to much of my time and money..I'll make my own God damn coffee!

I went through drive through and the person who answered I imagine was trying to be funny by using a loud comic voice but then added, " Ok bookey!" at the end, the girl who got my order could barely keep herself from laughing as she waited on us. Does your Corporate Office believe this unprofessional, immature behavior is funny too? You are representing a company and should be acting respectfully.

To even give you a star and not a negative zero is embarrassing. Justin if you don’t like working and being on mic in the morning , that’s nobody’s problem but yours. How disgusting your customer service is every time I go to this location . All the other employees are sweethearts but someone needs to talk to Justin and how rude is behavior is. You’re always out of character ruining everyone days with your rude nasty attitude. Fix it. You’re in customer service.
