This is normally a great location with speedy service, but today I ordered a cold brew coffee with sweet foam. Instead, they gave me a regular iced coffee with whipped cream. I was in too much of a hurry to take the time to go back, but it struck me that one of their employees doesn't know that those two drinks are different.
Wait times are long. Are they understaffed? Looks like it, because the drive thru is always packed. If you go inside expect to wait. Staff is always disturbed and every time Ive been here, maybe 3 times a month, they have been less than jolly. Hey Dunkin are you listening. Help your staff out. They need it!
A little late in posting, but I had a great experience at this Dunkin the other day. Bryan and Selburn were helping me bring munchkins and hot chocolate to a sleigh riding play date and the hot chocolate machine was down. They helped figure out a different solution and were great customer service wise! Thanks so much, we had a bunch of happy kids that day!
