Dutchess Sports Bar & BBQ

Absolutely the worse so called bbq I have ever had with velveeta cheese and mac and frozen fries.

I drove an hour and a half to play poker and support the venue. I ordered a ruben, 2 drinks, and a coffee. I was only able to eat 1/2 of the sandwich and the staff behind the bar put my sandwich in a tin and placed it behind the bar while I played poker. When I was ready to leave, I went to get my food only to not see it. I asked about my food and was told, they don't know what happened, they gave it to someone else, and there was nothing they could do. I paid for a full sandwich, only ate 1/2 and they gave away my food without asking, and refused to compensate me in any way. Normally when I go to play poker I bring at least 3 other people. I will never bring anyone here after this experience, and I will spread this experience to everyone I play poker with and warn them about spending money at a place that thinks it's ok to give away your food and not take any responsibility. Definitely go somewhere where you get all the food you pay for.

This place should not advertise as a BBQ joint; I could taste Sam's Club on everything I ate.

Couldn't tell you how the food was...we were there for over an hour, served one round of drinks, they never took our food order. Left after an hour of waiting

I have made brisket for decades. Unfortunately, I needed some this week and my oven wasn’t working so I ordered from Dutchess barbecue. For $28 what I received was three slices of beef/ very fatty very tough. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. Perhaps other menu options are more tasty, but I would never order this again. This was a takeout order

Came to see the band Lady Evil perform a great set. Excellent guitarist and the lead singer had some pipes! Great covers of Ozzy, Dio and Sabbath.
A nice bonus was the food! Waiting for our order I saw their chicken wings looked large and well prepared. My ribs were okay, certainly tender and tasty but they seemed to be baked not smoked. I was more impressed by the sides; collard greens were well seasoned as were the string beans, but my wife and I both thought the baked beans were extra tasty. The real surprise was how incredibly good their fried shrimp were! Nice plump Jumbos lightly coated in a perfectly seasoned flour with an obviously House-made tartar sauce that was better than most! If I go back there I'm going just for the shrimp! If you love fried shrimp that's not completely masked in heavy breading then this place is for you!

Great spot for Bike nights with Brothers In Turmoil! Good music and atmosphere. They only had one chef so the food took a little longer but other than that great spot!

I keep trying to give this place a chance, but I just can't get past the filth of this restaurant. Three visits, and I'm done. The women's restroom is dusty and the floors are dirty. Sitting at the bar , and the bar was not wiped down after the customers. The mirror behind the bar was filled with streaks and filmy. And only one server for the bar and the restaurant on a Friday evening. I wanted this place to work out, but until they clean the place up, I won't be going back.

Burger, fried chicken were good..
French fries were excellent.
Baked beans and M&C were not bad.
Brisket was terrible!! TERRIBLE!

So much potential at this place. Please please please!!!! fill the bar with barstools. I always sit at the bar and when my friends show there are empty spaces but no stools and the few tables are always reserved . So much business lost. The new bartender Chris is a welcome addition, super friendly and accommodating. Need more of him. I live 4 minutes away and can bring a lot of customers if there was seating.

Every time I go here they take great care of everything drinks are amazing food is awesome and getting better every time I go!!

This place has recently come under new management. Staff is very attentive. The deals on the specials are so good and the food is great. Lots of TV's and the dart set up is incredible.
