I have eaten at plenty of inferior “crab boil” places at double the price in Manhattan. Steam is a superior technique for heating food compared to boiling in heavy spiced broth. You have better control over the heat, cooking, it’s a lot more sanitary.I don’t know why other reviews are not five stars but at these low prices you need to have frozen seafood and order it in bulk to make sure you get it fresh. Nice Atmosphere, nice host. Food was pretty good. Some of it came out hot (with heat), some didn't. Also the spicy hot wasn't at all. Same prices as the other local crab spot. About $25-40 person minimum

A friend recommended this as a good alternative to Red lobster. She said that Red lobster has become too salty... So why not? My husband's favorite birthday dinner is crab and he shall be appeased! This place is new, it used to be a diner. I never liked it when it was a diner to be honest. But it's completely renovated it's more open and spacious and bright. The decor is in keeping with the seafood and crab feel. There are lots of license plates on the wall but...
