This is my go to for pizza in Poughkeepsie. It never disappoints. I've only eaten in restaurant once. The service was fine. The dining room was standard. I prefer takeout, which has always been prompt.

Last time ordering from there. Pizza had barely any sauce and it was salty and not much else going on on the flavor department. French fries were saggy and the chicken tenders had more bread than chicken also salty.

Customer service over the phone at 8:43pm on 2/29/24 and a few other dates have been so horrible I've decided they don't deserve a dime of my money. The person sounds like they are mad at the world for having to work there! Who wants to pay for nasty etiquette? Not on my dime.

Kid-friendliness: My son and I eat here all the time. The slices are HUGE . Stromboli is excellent. Definitely get your $$$ worth .

Food is really good. But lately the service over the phone has been pretty awful. I find whoever works at making the phone calls is very rude and has not customer satisfaction skills at all. I order a pizza with a side order or bake ziti and fried calamari and a slice of chocolate cake. Unfortunately I received a phone call from the restaurant telling me they don't have chocolate. I asked nicely if I could get it replace by something else instead. Who ever i spoked to over the phone was very rude and didn't offer any options as to just call the app and get my refund for my money instead of giving me options with what I could replace. This is not the first I have ordered through the app and got very rude phone calls back from the restaurant about clarifications on my order . Besides the food being really good. The service and customer experience was awful

Emiliano's has been my go-to Italian place for ages. Just ordered Veal Parmigiana with ziti for delivery. Huge portion, piping hot, delicious and delivered promptly on a Friday night! They're the best.

I bought food from them that sent me to the bathroom over and over.Every time I ate 4 forks full. I believe it's because of the color of my skin and attitude. to limit the amount of color people that eat there and when I called to complain. I found them to be very rude and disrespectful.
