The food was horrible, dry & extremely hot without a mild option... so hot I couldn't even eat it I gave it away to a family member. They don't have a lot of food options 😒 The pasta that comes with your food is a joke they give u like 4 pasta noodles and a ton of rice I will not ever go back here for food I'll still to lower main street!!!! If u want dry over priced food this is the place to go....

Amazing Jamaican Flavors and Outstanding Service!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Empire Jamaica Fusion and I can confidently say it’s one of the best Jamaican food experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an incredible meal.

The food was absolutely phenomenal — rich, authentic flavours that transported me straight to Jamaica. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, and the oxtail was tender and cooked to perfection, falling off the bone with every bite. I also loved the rice and peas, which had that signature coconut flavor that ties everything together so well.

Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The Owner was friendly, attentive, and eager to share recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable.

If you’re craving authentic Jamaican cuisine made with love and care, Empire Jamaica Fusion is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious dishes!

I just went with my wife to this incredible restaurant. Door remains locked for security but she opened the door and invited us in. The place is very clean and has a separate dining area, which was so nicely decorated and spotless. The food was top notch and perfectly, authentically seasoned. Michelle was so kind and treated us like family. We recommend this place, so please go visit. It will be worth it! We will be back for the amazing food and the outstanding service.

The owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was amazing! I would 100% recommend and when we are back in this area, we will be coming back to eat here. We came here for lunch on a road trip and they were kind enough to let us in for lunch even though they were closed before the full service.

The food is amazing and the host is lively and very sweet. The food felt like home. It’s one of the amazing jerk chickens we have had in a while. They also had great vegan options made with amazing jerk spices. Highly recommended!

I haven't had jerk salmon in years and since Michelle says they make their fish options to order, I opted to wait.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was cooked to perfection and had that home cooked touch. If you haven't dines in, make sure you try it sometime. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Incredibly great food nestled away here in Poughkeepsie. I’ve had Jamaican food all over here and none of these spots can compete with Empire Fusion. If you are craving authentic great Jamaican food, you won’t regret coming here. The restaurant is spotless, the owner is very nice, and her food is out of this world. I got the Oxtails, peas and rice, sweet plantain, and steamed veggies. My Wife had the Jerk Chicken. Everything tasted amazing!! I will definitely be back as I’m dying to try her Mac and Cheese again (it was sold out). 5 Star

The kindest woman Michelle! She opened her restaurant to us on New Year’s Day while they were closed and cooked us the best meal. My boyfriend and I are vegan and love trying vegan food in our area, so she was very accommodating! The food was delicious and her hospitality was very special and welcoming to us. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean and comfortable which is incredible. We will come back again because we know it’ll be worth it 🩷🍽️😋

This is precisely the place you want to go when you’re hungry. The atmosphere is chill, the restaurant is spotless, the owner is very friendly and welcoming, and her food taste out of this world. Very impressive offering with a lot of diverse options on what to get for vegans and non vegan. As a local Dutchess county resident who has eaten out all over this county, I highly recommend this.
