This is the best Jamaican food in Poughkeepsie. It’s a crowded field but this one is best. The jerk chicken is spectacular. The curry goat very special. The patties are amazing too. Get in here.

During my 30 year career in the United States military I have had the opportunity to taste some delicious cuisine from incredible restaurants around the world. I am so happy to have found Empire Jamaican Fusion in Poughkeepsie, that in my opinion is a World Class experience. The food was amazing, the Coustomer service was outstanding, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the price was right! I highly recommend everyone who is near to this location, make time to go visit this incredible...

I got the real VIP treatment at this local restaurant. My mom and I had the curry chicken with roti. The food was so delicious I didn't bother to snap a picture. So I grabbed an oxtail dish to go. Excellent food and first class service!
