Rude employees. Severe attitude. Felt like I was being attacked by this young woman. The food received was not what we ordered. Will never go back to that location. The one on 9 by Marshall's is way better and the people are way friendlier. If I could leave a 0 star I would.

Asked for toscana pizza. Was told i must have the wrong business. Spelled it out, was told I don't need to be rude, I wasn't. She was, whoever was answering the phone today around 6 pm today. Wow. Short fuse for somebody who is answering phones. I typically spend quite a bit of money at this place since it's the best pizza in the area. This Giacomos actually has the best Spicy Ranch Chicken Slice. I wish I had gotten 2 slices instead of one.

Food is AMAZING. The buffalo chicken salad literally had me drooling
Ordered a kids spaghetti with meatballs. Picked it up, drove away from place and parked about two miles away. I noticed there was no bread with it which the other Giacomos restaurants give out. And no silverware. I called angrily asking about the bread- the girl said it’s different owners- it’s a piece of bread, not an appetizer- I then asked about the fork that should have been in bag. I was told that I should have asked for it. Common sense says you put a fork in the bag. I’ve been going to this place since they opened over 20 years ago. Very bad experience due to counter incompetence- I’m done with this place, other places will get my money moving firward
