When your order for delivery they do not come to your door you have to walk to the parking lot it doesn’t matter how much money you spend the refuse to come to your door!!! No other Chinese restaurants are like this I will not be ordering from them again or recommending the business to anyone.

10/10 they don't mess around! The guy who took my order did it in like 30 seconds and didn't ask for my number. Dude was efficient af! Food arrived still cooking lol fr thou crispy and hot. The menu online is weird, but I got everything I wanted without seeing it online. My absolute favorite part is they do their own delivery! That's super rare these days! Highly recommend this place.

The delivery time was way past what they told me , My shrimp was spoiled they told me that was the only shrimp they had , didn’t even apologize and hung up on me, they don’t even have a physical location it seems as if they were closed down or something, never ordering again

We ordered food for delivery and they sent one something else instead. When we called to tell them about it they told me to drive to the restaurant and take back the wrong item and they’ll give me the write one. I will never order from them again because just thinking that it could be something other people took back, makes me feel sick.

Worst delivery service ever. We ordered a lot of different meals and sides. WhThey quoted a price much higher than it should have been. When we asked why they stated that this was what the cash register. We were hungry and decided to go with it anyway. Then they didn't tell us they were out of something and arbitrarily sent something else that that person couldn't eat. We called and they said that was what we ordered. Finally they said they would replace if we came to get it. We couldn't do that. We asked for a refund for the meal. Again we would need to come get it. We asked for a manager. They don't have one. The guyScreamed and yelled at us, talked over us, and hung up on us. They take advantage if you order food to be delivered.

We ordered food for my office for lunch with delivery. When it finally arrived the final price was different than the amount on the menu, they would not honor our tax exemption, and would not provide a receipt or tell us why the price was different. Our order was missing an item and one of the meals was completely wrong. When we called to inquire, we found out they subsistuted at their own discretion something I was allergic to. When we called about it, they screamed at us, refused to come back with a new meal and refused to give us a refund. Their story kept changing on why the meal was wrong. Terrible, rude customer service. No manager available to speak with and the person on the phone hung up on us. We will not be ordering again.
