I’ve definitely had better down South, but that doesn’t mean this place doesn’t deserve 5 stars. But again, we’re in NY lol. The Texas Traditional Sausage blew me away, for $7 that’s a steal of a price for that quality. As someone who is visiting the area, I’m not disappointed, good location and atmosphere.

Bought the Brisket Sandwich and Collard greens with pork and Apple pie baked beans! Worst food I’ve ever had in my life! Didn’t eat the collards but the beans tasted like canned beans with apple slices. The brisket sandwich was small and was plain and dry! Over priced food and wasn’t worth it.

I had a great takeout experience with my order of brisket (unfortunately I started eating before remembering to take a photo), collared greens, chili, and ribs! The orders were carefully wrapped in foil and by friendly staff for my long drive back to NYC. The brisket was tender and great with their sauce. The ribs were meaty and flavorful. I would definitely consider stopping by again.

Went here yesterday was a nice crowd and the guy there was super nice & even though he was all alone he got our food out super quick and everything was very good loved the brisket empanada and the turkey that was recommended also the greens and sticky gooey cake were also amazing !Definitely coming back much appreciated for the amazing experience!
