Sweet Frog was a fun delicious treat. Staff looked bored and were non-conversational. It's a self serve restaurant. Only staff interaction required was to ring up the food. POS system won't let you pay without first asking for a tip. Tip for what? It's self serve. Other than that, it was clean and easy to navigate.

This is our second time visiting sweet frog. Both times was a pleasant experience. We walk in we are greeted with a smile and hello by the employee behind the counter. As most frozen yogurt places it’s self serve which the kids love to be apart of. Not sure what was going on this time but there were quite a few machines out but my kids already knew what they wanted and they had the flavors available. The location was well maintained the only thing maybe they are short staffed but outside the garbages cans where full to capacity and more. Like 3 of them. But again when we got there we only saw one employee at the register. Other than that it was a beautiful day and the kids enjoyed their treats outside on the tables.

Absolutely love that I found a Sweet Frog in Poughkeepsie. I’ve only been here a few months & traveling down to Westchester for frozen yogurt would be an hour driving. My son really enjoys he can make his cup himself. It’s our Friday thing after school from now on.
